Ordered a flair zoom tripe bunk bed in…
Ordered a flair zoom tripe bunk bed in January after having a terrible experience with Bed Kingdom (missing parts and cheap flimsy wood, terrible customer service) I ordered the same brand flair but a different model of bed from kidsbeds. Customer service experience was great delivery company is the same company at bed kingdom so I thought what have I done as the delivery was not so great last time either.
However delivery went smoothly no problems
And there were no missing parts, however the wood and bed wasn’t very sturdy and the same quality of wood as the last bed. It took hours across to days to assemble to which I don’t think some of the holes were made in correct locations as the bars/guard for the support the top bunk done align up on both sides correctly.
I had to take the beds down a few weeks later after deciding to change bedrooms
The screw/bolt wouldn’t come out on one of the bolts at the top of the ladders and when rebuilding the base of the bottom bunk split and therefore unsafe to assemble together again. The company is great and the manager was very helpful I don’t think would order anything of the flair brand again the wood isn’t that good of quality and strong or supportive got children’s beds. But I would order from the company again just by the customer service I have recived.
