I was sent the wrong order and now being ignored

I was sent the wrong order - I ordered a white cot bed and was sent a white and dove grey one. I emailed Kidsie per their policy on 3rd April advising this and asking for the correct product to be sent or for a return to be organised if they do not have it (given they didn't even have a white/grey option on their site).

I chased again 8th April as their return policy is 14 days from ORDER.. so I was getting a little worried. Again, nothing.

I cannot call the company as there is no number to be found, so I find myself here. I am stuck with a product with no one wanting to help me organise a return, and a baby without a cot bed!

Poor customer service

I ordered something which seemed a great price, however the item was sent to me in the wrong colour. It seemed almost impossible to contact customer services, with no replies to several emails that were sent. Eventually I got a response saying I could return the item and they would send the correct one, however it was about a week in between each email response. I eventually got a returns label and sent the item back - they did not acknowledge receipt, I had to chase and ask if it had been received, I had to ask a couple of times for the new item. I was told it would be sent to me, I asked to double check it was the correct colour and they said they would do so. 2 more weeks passed and it still hadn’t arrived, so yet again I had to chase them, to be told there wasn’t any in stock as the item didn’t pass their quality control, and they won’t know when they will have another in stock - so the item was never sent and this was not communicated. Extremely poor customer service, which is a shame as the website seems like a great idea. I am now waiting for a refund, I ordered the item originally months ago.

Avoid, not worth the discount!

Missing item! Terrible, they have no customer service skills. You buy products which then are not delivered and you have to chase them and find out what's happened, waiting a long time in between the many emails you'll send to them! It's taken over a month to sort this out, it's completely unacceptable to keep money and hide from customers. Why sell them if they are not in stock clearly, and why not learn to communicate with paying customers, others have reviewed the same complaints so it's obviously an issue. They sell discounted products, that's the business, so if you ask for compensation for their crap service, you just get told it's already discounted so they can't offer compensation?! How disappointing.

Not happy

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order on 11th October and, since then, I have not received any tracking information or updates about my purchase.

I have emailed three separate times requesting an update, but unfortunately, I have not received a single response. The lack of communication is frustrating and unacceptable, especially after such a long wait.

At this point, I feel completely ignored as a customer. I would strongly urge the company to improve its customer service and communication, as this experience has been very disappointing.

I have had a negative experience…

I have had a negative experience unfortunately. I ordered two cot beds for my twins at a really reasonable price (super important for us when having to pay for everything twice).
Only one was delivered. I reached out to the company who responded after a few days. The suggestion was that I may have to wait a week but they could send another one then. I didn't mind the wait and appreciated they needed time to follow their processes but communication was really poor, with me having to chase them every time - I felt really forgotten about.
Then out of the blue I got an email saying they had refunded one of the beds and had a discount code for me to purchase another from the main site. I was surprised there was no consultation as this solution was not one I was happy with, I would have happily waited another month for one to come into stock. Additionally the discount code left me paying around £35 more for the bed than the one they failed to deliver.
I also haven't really had an explanation about why this happened, did someone else receive the bed? Was it lost somewhere?
I haven't put the bed together to comment on quality as waiting on a resolution as they have yet to reply to my most recent email asking why they have done this with no communication about this as the outcome.
Perhaps an isolated experience and series of unfortunate circumstances but to have paid for something I never received and the continued poor communication means I won't be using this site again. Perhaps the price is too good to be true in this economy after all!

Order has not arrived, no email responses from the company

I placed a order on the 17th of Feb. The website states orders are dispatched within 2 working days. The bike has not arrived. I have emailed the customer service multiple times and now their social medias and has no response. I have tried to do a chargeback however I have been unable to do so until 14 days have passed, I am £100 down with no bike and have a child with no birthday present. I am so disappointed and upset.

Poor customer service and missing parts

Ordered a cot from here but when it arrived the box was extremely damaged and major parts from the cot missing! The whole base and side piece of the cot was missing from the box so they clearly do not check items before sending them out. Have tried multiple times to contact them but no response. If I do not receive a response, I will be escalating this through my bank as goods not received as described.

Dreadful

Dreadful - bought a bike my for sons birthday. Impossible to assemble as part of it is physically impossible to undo - we’ve sent over 4 emails chasing, had one reply explaining the issue and have since been ghosted. Now left with an unassembled bike and over £100 down.

Tutti Bambini baby cot

I bought a baby cot (Next to Me by Tutti Bambini) which was a previous returned item. It arrived on time and in great condition. The mattress was missing, so I contacted Kidsie, and they organised a mattress delivery immediately. Great service & a great product.

Poor management/organisation

Ordered a bike for my daughter’s birthday, expecting delivery the day before her birthday. Last minute, I know.

Received an email saying they “could not find the bike in the warehouse”.
As such, would be issuing a refund.

Fast forward a week, receive another email, from the same person, stating “the bike is not actually not available, and will issue a refund”

So, not sure if they forgot they had sent me the first email, or whether they’re replicating the fact they can’t fulfil the order I made! In any case, I’m still waiting on the money/refund in my account!

Must be a small scale company with poor organisation.

No customer service

Concept is really good, customer service is not. It's a real shame as I would love to have supported a business like this. Ordered something just before christmas and immediately realised it was not what I wanted, emailed to cancel, no reply. Emailed on multiple occasions, tried calling a number that came through from the courier, just went to an answerphone. Tried contacting on Instagram and Facebook, no reply. To their credit, the item was shipped almost immediately, but had to reject delivery. Was in the process of raising a chargeback with my credit card and finally got an email from someone apologising, and saying it would be refunded, which it was. However when I replied to the email to express my opinions, I got no reply at all. What a way to win new business!

Awful after care!!

Bike arrived really promptly which was great, it was a Christmas present so my son didn’t get round to using it until last week. When we came to use it, the bike was faulty.
I have tried in vain to get this sorted, they only respond to emails early hours of the morning, making promises they don’t stick too. There is no number to call anyone.
I’ve now done a charge back to my bank after a shipping label and collection booking was promised and have not heard anything about this.
Company seems good as long as the items are in good working order, otherwise your stuffed!
