Goood fun and excellent service
Excellent service, exactly what you pay for. Obviously a lot of kids stuff is a bit junky but frankly I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the items. Order process and delivery was all good too. I don’t often buy these sorts of products but would definitely trust this retailer in the future. Good fun items at very competitive prices.

Speedy service and quality is good BUT...
Excellent speed of purchases and quality is very good but sadly l received a pack of 6 jumping smiles not 12! I understand mistakes are made but every child likes the same.
Asked for a refund back.

Oh dear what a very mean spirited review you have posted Mrs Jones. We try everything in our power to ensure orders are properly picked and correctly processed and the 100s of great reviews across social media confirm this. We have taken on a young trainee recently to train in picking orders etc and she is ever so good, going the extra mile when others may not but on this occasion she made a mistake and picked a pack of 6 jump ups instead of the 12 you ordered. As soon as you notified us of the mistake we checked and confirmed, replied to your email and gave you a complete refund on the 12 jump ups ( giving you 6 free of charge ). Instead of showing a small degree of appreciation for our actions, you have gone ahead and posted a bad review.
Our young trainee has seen your review and she is absolutely devastated, literally in tears over it. We pride ourselves on our almost perfect good review rating so this has really hurt us. It requires so much effort to run a business at the moment and maintain a good reputation so we are hoping you will have a look at what you have done here and realise that your actions have caused us real pain.

Great company for party bag items
This is a great company to go to for childrens bits n bobs. Whether your are organising a child's party and wanting party bags fillings, or just things to keep your child entertained. Always find them good quality and value for money. Second year of use.
