I had a good experience with Kidx. The order and delivery was straightforward. Unfortunately, through no fault of the company, I had some issues with the materials of the pram handle and bumper deteriorating very quickly after purchasing. However, after contacting kidx, they were quick to respond and find a solution. I found communication very good and would certainly purchase from them again.

After checking reviews I decided to take a chance purchasing from this company and was pleased I did. Excellent service and good prices. Everything I ordered was as described and in good condition.

Placed an order for 4 x 260ml baby bottles. After a week they still had not been dispatched so I contacted them and immediately got a response back to say an issue on their end with stock levels.

They promptly dealt with it and dispatched 2 bottles and refunded the other 2.

The reason for 3 stars is because the bottles they sent were 160ml not 260ml. For the price I paid, it wasn’t worth the hassle.

Would definitely use kidx again but they need to do better at managing the stock levels on the website and ensure they send the correct items.

With the great price and free delivery I was a bit worried it might be a scam but received my item quickly and have a very happy child. Will definitely use again and definitely recommend.

I brought a balance bike but before I purchased it I emailed to ask the condition of the bike as the picture wasn't clear for any faults. I was told there was a few scratches from use but otherwise the bike was in good condition- on arrival all the fixtures are rusty and the wheels extremely worn down so ive had to order additional wheels and fixtures- outside of this there is no wear on the frame
