I needed to buy a doll house for my daughters birthday and found the same doll house she wanted for better price on the Kind to Kidz website then at the shop near my house. I asked Kind to Kidz if it can be delivered in time for her birthday and received a response immediately that night. The service is the best customer service I have ever had, quick delivery and best price! I had a wonderful experience and my daughter is really happy to get her doll house by her birthday delivered to our home. Thank you Kind to Kidz.

The most frustrating customer service experience I can remember. They sent the wrong product which came two weeks late. Then two months of being told they would resolve it before offering for me find the return china or give me goodwill payment of 15% of the purchase price. It took being passed around to literally 10 different people at the business over two months to reach this ridiculous outcome.

Terrible service and product, nothing but trouble.
Was not sent on time and took a month to receive, bought the Paw Patrol tower and the music box came in Russian and there was no English replacement. Found this out 2 months after enquired.
No one gets back to you and if they do it’s with the same response.
Please don’t buy from them!

Sent back a product that stopped working after 2 weeks. Took almost 2 months to get another and when it finally showed up it had a hole in it and the product quality was very poor. I will not order from this company again.

This company is a scam I placed a order on thr 8th of January 2025 and nothing but a hole heap of fake tracking numbers the post office has assured me I have been scammed as it doesn't take over 2 months to get a order it's states on my form 1/ 2 weeks not bloody 2 months and there chat service is rude and they are saying if I want a refund it could take up to 3 months like what a joke ....don't buy from this company

Very bad I just received my order one jumper has been stolen, other jumper received much smaller than advertised size. The spongebob lego was damaged.

This company is an absolute joke. I ordered a costume for my 4 yr olds birthday. I paid extra for express delivery. It arrived in time, however the costume was ripped, frayed, and the zip didn’t work. I contacted the customer service department and sent pictures. I was told someone would get in touch and they offered to send a replacement. I told them I didn’t want a replacement and wanted a full refund as my son would not get the replacement in time for his birthday. I was then told that I’d have to pay for postage back to China to receive the refund for the faulty item. After paying for express delivery and sending it back to China again at my expense, I would nearly be completely out of pocket after receiving the refund. This is crazy, considering I’ve been sent a faulty item. I have received several of the same email from them and it seems like AI is dealing with complaints and ignoring the consumer rights act. Avoid this company at all costs. You’d be better off buying from Amazon.

This company is a joke! Their sizing is absolutely incorrect! And if you ask for a refund you then get one! If you agree to an exchange wait for it, they send you a ‘private link’ to pay return shipping fee! What an ABSOLUTE JOKE, scam AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered two items in December and took weeks to be delivered. The first item was left outside and the packaging was damaged badly. The other item did not work and had to send this back and was told that would only offer 45% back. The second item just arrived tis week and the quality of toys is very poor and all come from China. Please do not order from this company - I for sure will not want to go through with this again.

Material is PLASTIC- even though purchased with the promise that it's made of quality metals. Paid Premium price thinking it was metal but turns out plastic with value of $10.
They never denied or admitted it was a fake - Packaging says it all. Had no signs of legitimacy. The process to refund was ridiculous. They wanted me to pay for shipping the fake item back or offered me a $10 Voucher?
After months of escalation they finally offered the return and 20 % discount on the next purchase. No thank you.

Received a product that did not work. Was denied returning the defective product.
Reporting them to the FTC, Federal Trade Commission.
Hope you all report them and they get shut down.

Would give negative stars if possible. Poor quality and terrible customer service. Ordered items in early December - never received - and kept getting unhelpful responses from support until they left it at “check with your mail provider”

I purchased a keyboard for £32.00, piece of junk went straight in the bin. I realised my mistake a day after ordering. Trying to get MY money back was hopeless. They offer part money back. They are scammer low life's and do not entertain the robbers. No child should be offered their cheap tat

I’ve read similar stories now so hopefully this will help someone. Ordered pop vinyls and received them out of the boxes with the boxes flat and the plastic molding damaged. Also one of the toys was bent out of shape. I emailed them and complained stating as they’ve been removed from the box and the boxes and plastic flattened the future value and collectability was ruined. They asked for photos and went back and forth (from my side) and eventually they said there was nothing wrong and if I wanted a refund I had to pay for it to go back to China. Probably not even legitimate pop vinyls. Don’t shop with them!

Ordered Funky Pop figurines. Received in poor quality plastic packaging which was damaged in transit, flat pack boxes, poor print quality on the boxes, and extremely poor quality figurines.
The company responded to every email sent, but on investigation said "the product you received was shipped as per the description and without any defects". I responded that their definition of quality must be very different from mine. It did take them over 5 weeks to carry out their 'investigation'.
Please do not order from this site, unless you are looking for a poor alternative, no cheaper than the original.
They did offer a refund but I have to send the product back to China. I thought I had ordered from genuine UK toys retailer.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

If you decide to order anything, make sure you are ok with waiting a full month to even ship out your order. Additionally, they use a rare carrier (OnTrack for mine) that marked my package as delivered 3 weeks later with no actual delivery or package. In talking to customer service to get a refund, they’ve denied me any refund and have been nothing but difficult to work with. This order was for a Christmas gift for my 3 year old to make matters worse. 0 out of 10 do not recommend!!!

I paid £46 for a Marvel Venom toy, it came in cheap broken packaging and the product itself was the poorest quality you can imagine. The packaging had chinese writing all over it and took well over a week to arrive, so clearly coming direct from China. It's clearly a counterfeit product that I'd expect to pay alot less than £5 for.
The product arrived damaged and kidzcountry wanted to charge me to send it back to them, after several emails they are now saying I have to send it all the way to China!
This company is a fraudulent company and I can't believe they're still running after so many reviews.

Worst Customer service and there is no refund and return policy for unused unopened goods within 14-30 days of purchase

They do not accept refunds or returns at all which is illegal I believe , even if the goods were delivered later than expected.

Basically you buy something and pray to god it arrives on time and if it doesn't - too bad , your still paying for it

Deceptive advertising, product was £37, wasn't worth £7, no scruples at all deceiving people. My 7 yr old is gutted. Avoid this company. I will be contacting trading standards.

As others have stated, I would give less than one star if it was available. I ordered a hoodie for a child, which I did incorrectly. I did not even consider that I was looking at adult sizing from a place called KIDZ country. They were only interested in helping me make this right if i convered the cost of shipping to China. It was my error, but their advertising and presentation is very misleading for a company that seems to purport it caters to kids.
