Took 3 weeks to receive. It was a "well tailored dress" came in as a moomoo...a loose, baggy moomoo. They offered to send another one free or a 20% discount. They are a HORRIBLE scammy company. Must be new as the other reviews say the saem thing but were posted AFTER I bough.

Talk with customer service they are very sorry but the item is non returnable they would offer me a new dress and 20% refund
I wanted the the dress I ordered
Now they tell me a new dress and 25% refund
I’m frustrated now and tell them to just give me my money back..
Their response is they can give me 30% refund
I explain to them the website clearly states 100% money back guarantee?
They say under their terms of service the best they can do is give me a 30% refund take it or leave it
So now I’m out 70% of my purchase and stuck with a dress I won’t even give to savers it’s that awful
Steer clear of this place the dress are not as they say they are

I ordered three garments from Kiera Simone based on the beautiful photographs displayed on its website. Unfortunately, what I received was dramatically different from what was advertised.

The differences cannot reasonably be described as slight variations caused by the items being handmade. The fabric, colors, construction, shape, fullness, detailing, and overall quality of all three garments were materially different from the website photographs. I have comparison photographs showing exactly what was advertised beside what I received.

When I contacted the company and provided this evidence, it offered me only a 25% refund if I kept the items. I declined because I would never have purchased these garments had they been accurately represented online. I have requested a full refund and a prepaid return label and am awaiting a satisfactory resolution.

I strongly encourage prospective customers to research independent reviews carefully before ordering and to save screenshots of all product photographs, descriptions, and return policies.
I have side-by-side photographs documenting the substantial differences between all three advertised items and what I received, although this review form did not provide an option to attach them.

I too, ordered from them, a dress, which when it arrived, looked nothing like the picture. They did not honor their return policy stated on their website, This is a dishonest ,scammer website. Do not order from them!!!

I ordered a beautiful dress after seeing their posting of it. They sent me a shipping notice with the picture of the dress. When the dress arrived it was a completely different ugly dress. They denied the shipment error eventhough their policy says they will send a full refund if the order is not correct, I sent 7 e-mails and 2 pictures trying to deal with them. Then they just quit communicating. They are a DISHONEST, FRAUDULANT, ETC co.!!
