Minus for purchased products - plus for customer service
Original Review September 2024:
The purchased vapes all lasted but a few minutes. The certainly did not have the amount of puffs they usually have. I doubt they’re original or if they were, they‘re defect productions that shouldn’t be sold
EDIT Oct 2024: the company reached out to me and refunded me the bought items as store credit. I did still loose the shipping costs, however, which were quite high, but I appreciate the customer service and goodwill of the company.

Unfortunately, we cannot monitor regulations worldwide in real-time. We disable shipping to countries where we are certain the product is not allowed.
