Hello and Thank You! After the purchase of several kilts I find their workmanship to be excellent! Every product has been exactly as described and now they are my go to for kilts and anything else needed for the fashion!

I got my kilt suit set within just a couple of days just before the holidays. Everything looks great. Everything fits perfectly. My only complaint was the belt buckle was broken. I contacted customer service and they asked for pictures to confirm it as they said they’d Never had one broken. The next day they shipped me a replacement. Overall I’m Very happy! I’d definitely recommend and would buy again.

This is my fourth order from Kilt Experts and I was delighted with what I received. Yes, the fabric is not the fine wool of more expensive kilts, but is wonderful for the price point (and great for utility kilts). The sewing has greatly improved in the last handful of years, too. Kilt Experts also provide great customer service. I am often asked at Scottish events where did I get my kilt!

Shipping was timely. Yes the product comes from Pakistan. But it didn't take long to get here. Around 2 weeks from ordering. Email communication was ok.
I ordered the isle of sky Tartan for my granddaughter.
The downside is that the material is extremely thick so on a woman's kilt it doesn't lay correctly. It's not 100% wool, it's a mixture. Which is fine. But the material that was used is extremely thick and kind of awkward. The stitching was okay, except for the black backing they used along the waistband should have been secured at the bottom as well. All in all the kilt will do, I just wish the material wasn't so awkwardly thick. I would recommend buying from this company as long as you're not worried about 100% quality or looking for an authentic Scottish kilt.

I bought a Prince Charlie out fit for my daughter's boyfriend for our local Burns Night. For the price point the goods were very high quality and the service was excellent. My only suggestion is to lose the kilt shirt in outfit package and add a simple black tie. The casual kilt shirt does not go with the formal kilt outfit. But they are easy to add after the customer gets their package. Otherwise an excellent product.

The kilt arrived as ordered in eight days as promised with sash, very nice excellent quality.

Fantastic products and communication with seller. I had an issue with the size and they went out of their way to accommodate. Definitely will be back.

Not a USA based company. Company is shipping from Pakistan and it is a nightmare to pass customs in Greece which is a European country. 62 euros customs for a 45 euro product. And then one week of dicking around before I finally got a refund. And then their response was that they will take Greece off their shipping list. NEVER AGAIN. Completely unprofessional and tried to refund the cost of the product and not the tip and shipping costs.

Made and shipped quickly. Well made, Well sewn, bright colors on the fabric. Correct details (fringe on the apron, leather straps, good pleating). Very Very good price. I had one made for my teenage son and it is hard to get kilts for waists smaller than 30 inches from many places.

Missing items (shirt), wrong sizes (kilt and vest) and when I tried to contact your company 3 separate times (email - 2 times, chat & there is no phone number on your website to call you), no one has contacted me back. I will never purchase from this company again.

So far I have ordered four Kilts from Kilt Experts.The quality is very good, and the price is very reasonable. Speed of delivery is exceptionally fast considering the company is in Pakistan. Customer service is excellent. If anyone is looking to buy a kilt, give this company a try. you woun't be disappointed.

First of all, I have ordered numerous kilts from KiltExperts.com and I love all of them. This company makes the best custom kilts using the highest quality wool. The workmanship of each kilt is second to none!
I'm originally from Lyon France but now live in the USA. I have a 13km or 8 US mile bicycle ride one way to work each day. My work is a receptionist with a strict dress code. Must be business professional. I purchased my first kilt for the American casual dress Friday. It was so popular my boss asked HR if I could wear kilts all the time. HR approved as long as I must wear nylons or knee sock.
I began ordering more kilts from KiltExperts.com because they are made of quality and comfortable to wear all day.

I am constantly receiving compliments from co-workers and our business clients.
I needed a business vest and jacket for meetings. I emailed kiltexperts.com and they told me the measurements to take and they would make one for me. Oh my it is beautiful and comfortable. I posted a photo in the review on their website.

I also know it's hard to order something sight unseen but I did and I'm happy. Please use the size chart and you will not go wrong.
If you have a question, send them an email. They will get back with you. They always have for me.
Finally, I have posted numerous reviews on the kiltexperts.com website with photos. I promise you will love your purchase from this company.

I don’t think this was made to order as they claim and ask for a tip. Which I applied.
There are several snaps and two snaps to connect. I use the very last snap. Only able to use one to close.
Costomer service chat is not responding. Now it’s been way past the 15 days allotted to return. I have been dealing with a death in my family and not on top of it. So I loose. Excellent craftsmanship. Length is perfect. Too tight and uncomfortable. Thanks 🙏🏼

Give them a chance. Yes they have no phone number because they operate in Pakistan. Do you really want to pay for that call? Lol. But contact them through email or Facebook. Keep in mind the time zones, and they respond quickly and professionally. Great customer service online. Smoothest over seas order I have ever made, They ship using DHL like most foreign companies do, which is awful but that's DHL and they have no control over DHL. Order came super quick for international shipping and everything was correct. I highly
recommend them for price and if you have patience for international shipping they are great!!! Very happy, thank you Kilt Experts.

I could not get a response of the sleeve length of the Argil jacket. There is no phone number and only use chat. I tried chat a few times and finally ordered the jacket knowing there is a return process and I needed the jacket for an event. However, the return process was to send the item back to Pakistan per the return. Finally they offered to reimburse me $55 if I would keep the jacket. I am still waiting for the $55 for a jacket with sleeves that were 2" too long.
The bank released the funds to them 5 days ago and they responded that the bank is till holding the funds for another month.
I will update this review when I received the $55 for a $192 jacket.

I ordered a Royal Stewart tartan kilt. When it arrived it was not the Royal Stewart tartan. I contacted customer service and was told that I had actually ordered a Royal Stewart Modern tartan kilt. When I said that it was not what I wanted and I wanted to return it, I was given the option of paying the $37 shipping fee and being sent a Royal Stewart tartan kilt free of any other charges. I accepted this offer. When the second kilt arrived, it too was not the Royal Stewart tartan. As a matter of fact, I am unable to determine what tartan pattern this kilt has. When I contacted customer service once again and included pictures of both tartans I had been sent as well as an example of what the Royal Stewart tartan should look like in the form of a Royal Stewart tartan handkerchief that I own, I was told that I had been sent a Royal Stewart tartan and that the picture I provided was not actually the Royal Stewart pattern, and I was provided a website to show what the Royal Stewart tartan looks like, and I was told that I could also Google it for myself. If a company that sells kilts cannot get the most popular tartan pattern in the world correct, then I have no business purchasing anything from them. If that company can't get something this basic right, then it will not get anything else right. Also, sending someone a link to a website and telling them to Google it for themselves is not good customer service. If I could give this less than one star, I would.
This will be the last time I order anything from Kilt Experts.

Arrived well packaged. True to fit. My son is 6’3 and 230 pounds with large calves and long legs.
Ordered 2XL socks and was good idea. Great quality.
Shirt navy blue 2XL arm length perfect and slightly roomy.
Was unaware that quilt is adjustable. You have snaps that can adjust for 2 sizes. Definitely true to size. Measure as per their recommendations. Excited to go to wedding in September. Thank you!!!
