Very very poor service, I'm so disappointed in the whole thing, ordered coffee and several cups and spoons, order arrived broken and missing, it's now been 2 weeks since the order and I've still not had a replacement to my broken and missing items or any compensation infact I've not even had any communication!! Truly awful company which is a shame as the coffee is incredible.

Time to message the head office in Italy.

We love this coffee, it is superb. Paying your higher unit price than other retailers is my choice, paying your £7.00 for delivery is not great when Amazon will deliver next day for free. But after ordering on a Thursday evening I was shocked the parcel did not arrive until Tuesday after paying £7.00 for delivery. As we usually work from home, our DPD, like all other couriers is set up for safe place. On this occassion the parcel was left on the door step in the rain for hours. So overall this second experience is not a great deal better than our first. Very dissappointing experience, but fabulous coffee.

The coffee was excellent and great value (I bought enough to get free delivery. I would have given 5 starts, but DHL left the package behind the hedge and didn't even ring the bell, so I only found it by chance.

This is the best coffee ever and I order it on a regular basis and would not buy or drink any other.

I ordered 2 latte glasses & 2 large cappuccino cup & saucers as I gift for my sister in law ‘Kim’ who saw these and loved them . Unfortunately 3 out of 4 items came damaged.
I am so disappointed. I emailed the company on the day of delivery 19th August, but have not had any response to date.
These items were delivered by DPD.

I’ve been ordering from Kimbo at Home and testing several of their coffee beans, including Kimbo Intenso, Espresso Barista 100% Arabica and Aroma Gold. My long-time favourite has always been Kimbo Napoletano, so it takes something special to replace it.

I recently tried the Antica Miscela beans, and they absolutely blew my socks off. The coffee is rich, smooth, beautifully balanced and full of flavour. It has quickly become my new favourite.

My fiancée immediately noticed the switch from Napoletano to Antica Miscela, which says a lot, as she has a very discerning palate and is particularly picky and demanding when it comes to coffee.

Excellent beans, great quality and a fantastic range. I will definitely be ordering Antica Miscela again.

I lived in Italy for a few years, always drank Kimbo. Came back to the UK only to find I could not get Kimbo here. Then a couple of years ago after speaking to Kimbo in Napoli, they told me where I could get Kimbo in London " Kimbo at Home". They supply me every month, no problems, good price, very friendly people to deal with. Top Top quality, Top Top service
