I love my amazing, beautiful, sweet iguana and from the first phone call, I knew I'd trust Sally with the cremation of him. She came on the day he died and took him with as much respect that's necessary.
She also kept me updated on the process and made an additional clay hand print as something to remember him by.
With the asches, there were a few little things to help the mourning process.

For a company that revolves around being kind, the customer service we recieved was far from it. I had ordered the delivery service, not realising that the cremation was an additional cost. I emailed asking if we could do a payment plan or a refund as we didn't have an additional £80 as we'd spend a lot of money at the vets trying to save our rat Dumbo before his unfortunate passing. The lady immediately called me asking me to book the cremation, I explained our situation and she replied saying how it wasn't fair to her and that I was being unreasonable. I reminded her that the website states that it offers payment plans and she seemed to be completely disregard that. I stated that I didn't think I was being rude, and she replied "GOOD FOR YOU" I hung up and I was in tears. This is not how you treat vulnerable people who have lost a beloved pet. I chose this company because I wanted to deal with someone who cares.

Kind Funerals were amazing when I lost my cat very suddenly - Sally was so helpful and comforting on the phone and arranged a collection very quickly. I couldn't have asked for better service - I felt very safe leaving my beloved Milo in her care and I know she gave him the most peaceful journey possible. I couldn't be more grateful to her

An excellent service delivered with care, understanding and compassion. Sally was extremely helpful and arranged prompt collection of my mother's recently deceased cat. The whole process was very fast and we had the ashes back in no time. Sally brought them back in person which I thought was a very caring thing to do. Sally is amazing. She made a horrendous time bearable.
We didn't want our boy away from us for any longer than necessary, so we looked for a same day cremation service. I'm so glad we found Kind. From the first moment I spoke to Sally I knew this was the right woman to take our baby on his final journey.
She treated Scooby like he was her own, the care and love she obviously has for animals is so reassuring.
She didn't rush our goodbye, and was amazing with Scooby.

Tha lady that came to collect my fur baby was so kind and caring that I just knew that my pet was as safe and respected in his death just as much as he was when he was alive. There was no attempt made at rushing me to say goodbye as I finally found the strength to hand him over to Sallys care, I was updated at all times about what was happening and received my pets ashes, paw print and extra meaningful items, all beautiful and safely packaged, within a few days despite it being a bank holiday weekend. The comfort, respect and love shown throughout the whole unexpected experience really helped me find strength to get through the hardest of days

We lost our precious family member, our cat Jade, on 31st May. All words that we can write, will never be enough to show our gratitude for all love and compassion given by Sally. In such painful moment, her words were a bless and confort. We have today received Jade's ashes at home.

Tinkerbell
Our sweet Westie passed away on 26th May 2024, when Nigel came to collect her he was especially kind and respectful. Communication with Sally was also very kind. When Tinkerbell arrived home, the lovely note and black cord bracelet in remembrance of her which is still being worn were all so very thoughtful.
