Kinetic Law kept me up to date on all aspects of my claim, and offered sound advice where needed.
New applications were required for the signing of documents, which I soon got the hang of, but wasn't certain if I had done things correctly.
The assumption that all are IT literate and have a PC or Smart Phone, can be a bit annoying when I have neither.

My experience with Kinetic Law turned out to be a very positive outcome for me.
We started the claim for hearing loss, in the pre-covid period 2019/2020, despite the covid outbreak Kinetic Law carried on with the enquiry to a satisfactory completion in August 2023.
