A Stress Free Mortgage
Lee made the mortgage process stress free and easy to understand. He promptly answered our questions and offered advice. I highly recommend his services. We will absolutely be using his services when we are ready to renew our mortgage. We couldn’t have done it ourselves. Worth every penny.

Very clear support, definitely saved us some money
Lee was very helpful through the whole moving process. He explained the steps in easy to understand ways for a first time buyer, and made the process so much more smoother than we thought it would be, and has definitely saved us some money in the long run. We will be using his services again!

Would recommend Robbie, listened and gave good advice.
Dealt with Robbie, he came to our house, discussed our needs and he took all the details he needed. He was very patient and understanding as my IT skills are non existent and he had to have hard copies from us and he was very good about this. Robbie found out what we wanted and we even changed the criteria within a short timespell and still all went to plan and smoothly. Would def recommend.

I Wouldn't use anyone else. This is the second time I have used Chris and his team. Both fantastic mortgages, the first one giving me the opportunity to pay off my mortgage in a far quicker time. Always accessible, reliable and super supportive. Fantastic firm and would use them every time. I highly recommend.

As a first-time buyer, the mortgage process felt daunting at first, but working with Lee Smith completely changed that experience for me. Moved house recently and dealt with Lee Smith. He was very thorough and was very helpful. Not only with the mortgage side of things but anything to do with the Solicitors and other parts of the move.
