I have been after a Herman Miller chair for many years, but never felt I could really justify the cost new and hadn't seriously considered refurbished before. Kings Office Furniture seemed to have a good range, prices were competitive, the reviews were very positive so decided to go with them.

Super responsive enquiry reply. Working remote to my HQ, it was no issue using company credit card to purchase promptly without PO (an issue I've encountered with some companies). Was able to order on same day as enquiry. Delivery date was confirmed at time of purchase and arrived as planned, professional and to the 2nd floor. Really big supporter of being able to order refurbished products, for better sustainability and useful life. Working within a company budget I was able to get a much higher quality and long lasting chair for the price budget I was allocated, being able to select a refurbished model. My work from home setup is in my living room, so being able to have a variety of designs available including less traditional "office-y" ones was ideal and can say the one I ordered fits seamlessly into the room. Would highly recommend using Kings Office Furniture whether you're one person or a big office to supply.

I ordered a number of office chairs from Kings Office Furniture but wasn't quite ready to receive them as we were still in the process of building. They very kindly hung on to them for at least 2 months until we were. They were quick to respond ot enquiries. Couldn't recommend them enough, very professional and polite service.
