If I could give no stars I would
Had endless issues with our klargester , 2 new pumps and these parts are under 12 month warranty but within that time one failed and we had to pay a £450 call out charge even though their part failed
We appealed to them and basically they said tough we have to pay

Terrible piece of kit, would not communicate with the software. Software would not recognise the oil tank. Unable to set it up. Don’t touch it with a barge pole. Poor response from the helpline, technical support non existent?Do yourself a favour and avoid at all cost unless you like a challenge? Overpriced,outdated equipment!

I recently spent almost £100 on Kingspan’s Sonic Oil Level Monitor – that was my first mistake.
For around three weeks the monitor seemed to be showing a fairly accurate indication of the oil level in our central heating’s outside tank, but then it started showing odd indications and symbols, which weren’t covered in the “instruction manual” which accompanied the monitor kit.
So, I emailed Kingspan’s support team regarding this, but after a week had heard nothing, despite my receiving an acknowledgement email saying they would be in touch within 24 hours.
So I emailed them again, reminding them of the issue and also that I was still awaiting a response to my original email of over a week prior to this.
Several days later and still nothing.
So, I decided that I’m simply not going to put up with such poor, shoddy and non-existent customer service/support. This is particularly galling as I decided to buy Kingspan’s product instead of a (better, very slightly more expensive) rival one, specifically because it was locally made, and I wanted to support local industry – I’m in Northern Ireland as are Kingspan - that was my second mistake.
So, I have now returned Kingspan’s Sonic Oil Level Monitor for a refund, and ordered the competitor’s product.
I wish I had read the reviews on here before I bought the Kingspan monitor, as if I had, I would never have even considered buying from them as the reviews of their service are shockingly bad.
That’s me done with supporting local industry now – I’ll be buying the better products from here on, and specifically never Kingspan again.
The customer service from this company is horrendous. After making initial contact on the 17th October and having to chase up correspondence several times I am still no further forward and awaiting response. All they seem to be bothered about is nullifying my warranty rather than trying to help. They still are yet to ask what the issue regards and do not respond to emails. Will I ever get a response or answer!?
The response left is a lie. I am still waiting for a response!

Sensit is not fit for purpose, Duped into purchasing a product that simply doesn’t work.
Connection issues constantly and when it did connect (once) it read double the amount of liters physically held in the tank so was 100% incorrect. Smashing stuff.
Emailed customer support twice (no repl) and no phone number to get in touch either.. The reviews of the product and the company speak volumes.
Reputation is everything.

Horrendous company, was booked for a call out/ service at over £400, when engineer came out he did t service it and just put a new belt on which I paid for on top, still charged the full amount. Needed new motor as other was corroded and had to pay over £2000 upfront. Charged for two engineers, only one came. Parts that was not needed was returned for refund straight away and too them two weeks to revive them from DPD they said 🤨. Over three weeks for a refund of just over £1000 parts and second labour. Constantly had to chase. Stay well clear- I will be now - shocking company

Replaced a previous version which was the simple wall plug in this failed when the fragile battery clip snapped when trying to change the battery. Upgraded to the sensit app version.
1. If your selling an app version then adress reliability issues
2. Took forever to set up having to input information over and over again
3. Took 3 days to get a reading and it was not due to the router
4. Keeps loosing connection - for no reason the transmitter is only 10m away
5. Does not store the recorded data - the graph is ok if you have run this about 6months but early you want to see it’s working.
Overall a poor attempt at something which should work without issue
Would not recommend, who wants an automatic system that you have to keep manually restoring
Currently this morning the monitor is red but is not telling me to do anything, please support , update and improve your product

Worst company ever...... Trying to reject a legitimate warranty claim by any means possible. They left me and my children 8 and 10 with out hot water for over 6weeks. They didn't reply deliberately and are trying every trick in the book to try and avoid doing the right thing. Hope the company folds ....... Sooner the better

Bought a kingspan sensit at the beginning of August and have had constant problems with it. The usb stick only works for a few days at a time then the light turns red and won't work until you unplug it. Even when it's green, readings are up to 5 days late, I've not seen readings every 24hrs as promised. Sensit support phone line rarely answers a call and email support doesn't respond. Don't buy this product!

Kingspan Sensit,total rubbish,please don't buy as lasts less than 5 minutes and no offer to replace,they just say go and buy another one!Grenfell lives on with a company based on lies.Shame on you!
And just to update,pls don't bother with their CS as after offering "assistance"will just tell you to go and waste more money buying another one that won't work that they won't replace for whatever reason,same as me!Thanks Kingspan!You are a scandal!

Sensit is not fit for purpose, every Wednesday it disconnects, light goes red and stays red.
Kingspan web says red light means no internet connection, not the case here as device shows connected on my router. Problem is must be at Kingspan end. This happens every Wednesday like clockwork. No one bothers to respond to contact
UPDATE
Customer services contacted me Thursday/Friday and started an investigation, system started up early hours Saturday morning and has been working fine ever since (4 days). Someone obviously found the problem and fixed it, hopefully
form..

Had good service from the company for a few years but this year I renewed my service contract as a one off payment (in February over £300) - rather than pay a monthy subscription. In April when I had a problem the call out was another £300 and the engineer turned my solar system off as it was faulty and I couldn't afford the £1200 to fix it. I asked for a pro rata rebate on the annual service contract as it had only run for two month but no such luck so lesson learnt- always pay monthly subscription which can be cancelled NEVER a one off payment for the whole amount (my fault as I had the option) so just be aware as also repairs on solar are very expensive as labour is £322 per hour!
Update: did email them my contact details as they requested in their response but heard no more from them so assuming just a generic response to look proactive.

Having purchased a bio filter water treatment plant for my home and joining Kingspans 'Gold' service contract and being told everything is covered. It turns out it isn't! Funny how they seemed it necessary to send a second engineer for a single cracked pipe equivalent to water waste pipe and charge £372 🤔🙄 Seriously my plumber could fix it in 1 hour for less than £100. Service contract is an absolute con. The customer service isn't great either.

Purchased a dongle for my fuel tank but had constant issues. Trying to get tech service to help or call back is trying at best. They just seem to stall and claim no record of calls, who did you speak to etc.
Customer care and after service is non existent, look elsewhere is my advice.

This is a follow up to my previous ‘Lack of urgency and understanding’ review.
I was hoping I would write something positive following my numerous communications with the Kingspan team, well I’m not.
To say I’m disappointed is a huge understatement, Kingspan haven’t taken any responsibility with faulty parts and amateurish commissioning of our pump chamber. The chamber was commissioned 3 months ago and isn’t covered by their warranty because it was delivered more than 12 months ago!
They gave me a call out time of 3 days and charged me £964 for it, I found Mawdleys Pump Services which are based in the south west of the UK, they turned up within 4 hours and got the pump working albeit one pump rather than the two and charged a little over £300. They also found the floats to be intermittently working and the pump capacitor and thermal overload switch had overheated, the pump wasn’t blocked.
The Kingspan warranty team concluded that because it wasn’t commissioned, operational and serviced within 12 months of delivery the works couldn’t be carried out under their warranty.
The cost of the visits and replacement parts has cost me just shy of £3,500.
I still haven’t got my money back from Kingspan some 10 days later, it’s due to me in another 7 days time.
Kingspan - don’t bother sending me a customary reply, you didn’t liaise with me thereafter, I had to chase you again.
Seem's the manager Rob Gadd of this company shares some interesting views about an LGBTQ+ charity helping children on social media and some pretty VULGAR, derrogative language thrown in. Reported to council and trading standards.

Purchased a Watchman sensit USB receiver. The app is appalling and almost impossible to set up. I've tried on multiple devices and different networks and generally end up in a loop. After several hours I actually managed to get to the create account page and it then threw up an error with no explanation as to why. I've now given up and going to try and get a refund.
