This firm gave let me down badly
This firm gave let me down badly. They moved me out of my flat into storage. I asked them to ensure my clothes were placed at the front of the storage unit. Regretfully they put them at the very back! I was unable to access them until two people took 4 hours to rearrange the storage.
Secondly, they put my expensive clothes in normal boxes, my jackets and suits are badly creased as sea all clothes. Previously this firm used clothes hanging boxes, but for some inexplicable reason not this time. They knew I was away for 3 months - even in normal boxes for even a short while would be inappropriate.
I also found some of my expensive paintings in the unit without any protection. Many furniture items have no protection, and I note several scratches on sone table surfaces. Lastly, they stored my glass dining tabletop directly in the floor without any protection.
As far as they claim in their description above; they have neither been meticulous or professional on this occasion. Think carefully before hiring this firm.

We are disappointed to read this review, particularly as it does not reflect the full circumstances of the move.
The service took place on 11 June 2026 and involved moving Mr Seymour’s belongings into his own self storage unit. The items were left safe, secure and intact when our team finished the move, and the unit has remained entirely outside our possession and control for more than three months since.
The original concern raised with us was essentially that some clothing had become creased and that certain boxes containing clothes had been positioned approximately two metres away from where Mr Seymour had wanted them placed within the unit. Mr Seymour accessed the unit the day after the move and raised the positioning of the boxes at that time, for which we apologised.
It is also important to clarify that wardrobe cartons were used during the move. Four were supplied and used completely free of charge, despite not being included within the quotation.
The move had been booked on the understanding that the volume of belongings was broadly the same as when we had previously moved Mr Seymour. On the previous move, the same manpower completed the job with one van and one trip. On this occasion, there were considerably more belongings, meaning the team had to complete a second trip and the move took around twice as long.
This resulted in additional labour, overtime, extra packing materials and a second vehicle journey. None of these additional costs were passed on to Mr Seymour, as we chose to absorb them in order to keep the move running smoothly and avoid adding further charges on the day.
The further allegations regarding scratches were not reported to us at the time. These have only been raised more than three months later, after the belongings have remained in Mr Seymour’s own storage unit, to which we have had no access or control.
When Mr Seymour recently contacted us, we responded fully and specifically asked what resolution he was seeking. Unfortunately, the correspondence subsequently progressed to threats of negative reviews across multiple platforms.
We take genuine complaints seriously and will always investigate concerns fairly. However, we cannot accept responsibility for allegations raised for the first time several months after a move, particularly when the goods have remained outside our custody throughout that period.
