I had not heard of Kinly before I used their services and was not hopeful of a successful outcome. They were very nice on the phone and extremely helpful. They filled in the form required for me to apply for help and I was so pleased to be successful. An excellent company with lovely staff.

Great from start to finish. I'm sure I'd have never got around to doing it myself, and the 30-page questionnaire is enough to put anybody off. I ended up getting the higher allowance, when I'm sure if I had filled it in myself I'd have got the lower allowance. So it's money well spent. There's even a problem if I'd have filled it in myself. I could've got rejected, going through all the forms again and missing valuable months of payment. So, like I said, money well spent.
