I received a nugget ice pellet machine for my birthday and LOVE it. I use all day every day and it's perfect. However, 18 months after purchase, it bean making a horrible noise and stopped working.

I contacted the company and went through their trouble shooting, to no avail. I figured that since it was past the 1-year warranty, there was no hope - but the company honored a very generous partial refund. I'm giving this one 5 stars for both a great product (even though it did die after 18 months...) but also for stellar customer service that made good on a refund that they did not technically "have" to give. Thank you Kismile! I am very much looking forward to my second nugget machine. :)

Awesome customer service

Received the ice machine and love the ice. It started making a loud noise so I wrote to customer service. I was advised to drain the machine and clean with vinegar water solution. I did what was recommended and the machine was still loud. I wrote back to customer service to request a refund and return machine. Lakeisha, who has been very helpful through the whole process issued a refund and advised that I did not need to return the machine. Customer service has been nothing but exceptional and they were very easy to work with. Thank you again Lakeisha, what exceptional customer service.

I purchased the RW Flame Model JT-2B - 2 burner gas grill. I am very happy with it. Well made and a nice looking unit. I use it in my RV when I go camping. I also plan to use it this summer around the backyard grilling.
I has a mesh grill and a cast iron griddle on half of it. Very nice when cooking. Excellent customer service if you ever need it. They get back to you the same day..You won't regret buying this gas grill.

I ordered a coffee maker for my mother in law for Christmas. A month into having it unfortunately it stopped working all together.

I emailed Kismile and let them know the situation and sent them everything they needed and they are giving me a full refund.

Although the coffee maker didn’t hold up I do truly appreciate the great customer service

Ordered an under counter ice maker. after installing it the next day it had leaked out causing a mass of ceiling damage because it did not pump out the water as it should. Emailed them because you cannot call them and all I got was a run around. I had an email failure on my computers and lost a lot of emails, Kismile only wanted the original emailed receipt which I do not have, provided them the Amex receipt and they still would not take the crappy ice maker back! I went around and around with their email tech/customer support, never getting anything but excuses. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT!!!

Customer Service was awesome. Very prompt about returning emails. I was concerned with the backorder but they made it right and kept me informed. It was a pleasure to deal with Kismile.
The 4 stars is only because the website wasn't upfront about the backorder part.

Customer Service-Lakeisha responded quickly in rectifying my issue when my product arrived damaged.

I recently bought a countertop ice maker and needed some help with it. I emailed Kismile and Lakeisha, the customer service representative, promptly responded. She was quick to provide me feedback and the help I needed. We corresponded back and forth to get the matter fixed. She was very polite. She is an asset to this customer service department and I recommend anyone needing help to ask for her assistance.

100lb ice maker… Order and shipping went as promised. Product has been in use 2 days and is doing a great job. Produces ice every 10 minutes. The advertising claims 33 pounds storage. I would disagree with this. Not an issue for me as I feel ice bags during the day and freeze them. Product working as advertised so far. MK.

I got an espresso maker from kismile and it was easy to assemble and made making my daily latte easy and delicious. Perfect size to fit on any counter space.

Customer service was great! They were very fast to respond and help me solve the issue with my ice maker. Parts were sent to me and everything went very smooth.

The heater in Vermont my friend had worked fantastic that why I ordered one.I would recommend it to anyone who needs a heater.

We purchased a countertop ice maker direct from the company for several hundred dollars. When we set it up, it was really loud and made squealing sounds. The website states that an item can be returned within 30 days.
There is no way to contact the company. No phone number listed. They have a chat. I sent them a chat message and said that we wanted to return the ice maker. They responded with a very short message, wanting me to record a video of the problem. I advised that it was already back in the original box and that I wanted to return it. This conversation went back and forth for weeks. They kept making excuses for not allowing me to return. Then they said that I didn’t need to return it and if I left a “positive review “ they would issue me a refund. That never happened.
This company is a scam and I would strongly advise against buying anything from them.

I placed this dehumidifier in a room that always felt damp, and within a few hours the difference was noticeable. The air feels clearer, the humidity drops quickly, and the tank is easy to handle. The controls aren’t confusing at all. It’s efficient without being loud something many other models struggle with.

I placed this Kismile cooler in my entertainment room, and it blends in beautifully. Drinks chill quickly, and the interior lighting gives it a classy look. It uses surprisingly low power, which is a bonus. The shelves slide smoothly, and the door seals tightly every time. Excellent craftsmanship.

I was looking for a small fridge that didn’t feel cramped, and this one delivered perfectly. The way the shelves are arranged makes storing drinks and snacks effortless. It cools evenly throughout and doesn’t produce any strange sounds. Very well-designed and thought out from a user’s perspective.

Do not ever buy anything from these people. This is a Chinese company that operates their business like they’re selling to people in china. The product is garbage. Never dropped below 54 degrees. I purchased a three year warranty and all they do is email me asking if I’ll accept some money back. They won’t replace the fridge or repair it. They suggest tips and tricks to make it work. Then they offer you partial refunds. When you finally relent because you just give up they tell you it’ll be a month before they refund you. These are scammers. Do not buy from here. Do yourself a favor and go buy a refrigerator locally. It’ll be made in china but at least locally you’ll be dealing with a company that isn’t out to scam everybody.
