Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry about the delay in receiving your order. I completely understand how frustrating this must be. Unfortunately, we've faced unexpected supply issues with the Atak Hockey Skorts, which has affected several of our customers, including yourself.

Our supplier initially promised stock would arrive in early September, but we’ve experienced several delays on their end. We have been in regular contact with them to push for updates and were last informed that the stock had finally arrived at their facility on November 6th. We expect to receive it tomorrow, November 8th, and we’re prepared to dispatch your order as soon as it arrives.

Great Customer Service

Emailed the company about a slight delay in receiving my order. Email was returned almost immediately explaining they were waiting on a delivery and my order would be dispatched shortly. My order was delivered a few days later as promised. What struck me about the company and led me to leave this review is that I requested a change of colour of one of the items I had ordered. This was done for me without having to return the original order, request refund and reorder new item saving everyone time and me money. Will definitely use again

Hi Paul, I am really sorry your order has not arrived with you. I have taken a look at this for you and can confirm that your order was despatched via DPD on the 2nd April. I can see from the tracking information that it has not had any further scans since this date. This would clearly indicate the item has been lost in the DPD system. I am opening a case with DPD this morning on your behalf. Can you make contact with us at info@kit-room.co.uk to advise if you would like us to send out a replacement order or issue you with a full refund. Sorry again.

Ghosting me

I ordered several shirts for my grandson in Nov. for Christmas. After several delays they mailed all but 1. I contacted them and they said it was out of stock. I waited till stock was replenished and assumed it would be mailed out. That didn’t happen, now they won’t return any emails I send them. I think 5 months is way too long to wait.

Hi Roxanne, following some investigation it would appear you pruchased your item from https://www.kitroomfootball.com/ and not our website www.kit-room.co.uk. I would advise you continue to make contact with them as we are totally seperate companies.

Amazing Fantastic service and great customer…

Fantastic service and great customer service. The Macron clothing’s delayed for a while but not their fault but I was constantly updated as to when they will have them and when they did , it was sent out to me with expedited delivery. Amazing. Will shop again.Cheers.

Communication

My items were ordered from Macron and took over a month to arrive to me and was one item short which I'm still to receive. I understand these orders can take time, but I never received any correspondence to inform me of when to expect the items and even when they was delivered it felt like they wouldn't have been unless I chased. I've not received any further correspondence as to when I can expect the missing item.

We want to clarify that your order was placed during our Christmas closure period, which unfortunately led to a delay in processing. Upon our return, we promptly processed your order as soon as possible.

Regarding the delivery timeframe, we typically aim to fulfil non-customised items from our specialised Macron teamwear range within 15 business days. We did communicate this with you.

However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as storms and shipment delays, there was a slight extension to the estimated delivery time, which was also communicated with you. We understand this may have been frustrating, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We would like to address the discrepancy in the waiting period mentioned. It's important to note that the actual waiting time for your order was approximately 23 working days, not the three months stated. While this delay was regrettable, it was not our intention to cause such inconvenience.

Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will use it to enhance our processes and communication moving forward.

Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we appreciate your understanding and patience. If you have any further concerns or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.
