Prodotti eccellenti
Prodotti eccellenti. Azienda di una serietà veramente rara. Un piatto è arrivato rotto, ma ho scritto una mail per comunicarlo e a seguito di una immediata risposta ho avuto un nuovo piatto dopo pochi giorni. Eccellente!

Crystal Glasses are a great disappointment .
Do not look like the photo and although wrapped in tissue and bubble wrap they are absolutely filthy and full of dust .
I cant wash them as the labeling will come off .
They were supposed to be a 65th present but I am too embarassed to give them to my friend !

Dear Karen,
We are sorry to see such a review from you.
The 2 cocktail glasses you ordered are handmade and come in a beautiful wooden box. The bubble wrap is extra protection we use during dispatch, we always make sure the glasses are clean, and we are very sorry to hear that the ones you have received are not, kindly rest assured our customer service team will contact you and exchange them for you right away.
Kind regards,
KitchBoom Team

very good products but we bought a set…
very good products but we bought a set of cutlery that said 4 piece set and one would assume there was 4 of each of the items shown (spoon fork knife and teaspoon) but there was just one of each and the 4 piece set meant 4 items rather than 4 of each which is usually the case for cutlery, the price certainly would make you think 4 of each, so maybe just be careful as we've had to order more now which is a bit annoying.
