Kitchen Magic were quick & very efficient. There was no waiting around for weeks from final measure to installation less than a week
Lovely cupboard doors fitted by an expert fitter in a few hours

From 1st contact everything was easy, all people who came to inspect, measure and fit gave great service, really pleased with the result, our kitchen looks like a new one, perfect, I would highly recommend kitchen magic.

Both fitters got on with their work they were tidy and skilled the materials are excellent quality, highly reccomended.

Absolutely over the moon with my new cupboard front s. Brilliant service. I feel like I have had a brand new kitchen.

The service was exceptional. Quality of kitchen unit is excellent, it was made bespoke, we found their advice brilliant. It was delivered and installed so quickly, highly recommend!

Drawers were incorrect after the fitter cut them smaller than originally measured by the surveyor and the salesman.
Customer services were really unhelpful, requesting photographs and a written statement from me (my disability makes this incredibly difficult).
All they needed to do was ask the fitter why he cut the pre cut drawers smaller.

Gary came and planned our kitchen refurbishment, he did a great job. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with the service I received from Kitchen Magic. The whole process took two weeks from me contacting them, receiving a quote and the work being completed! Everybody I dealt with was very friendly and professional, and I am delighted with the outcome of the work. The new doors have transformed my kitchen.

Really happy with the product. The fitter was fabulous and went above and beyond.

I ordered a brochure and 2 days later a rep phoned me, I was at the vets with my cat so asked him to call that afternoon. Three weeks later no call so I rang the company, they couldn't put me through to the sales team as it was lunch time but somebody would call me that afternoon. One week later still no call, rang them again and remarked thier lack of customer service was abysmal they were full of apologies and would transfer me to the sales team I hung up after waiting over 5 minutes as no one replied and no apology for the wait. Not the experience you expect from a company, I dread to think what fitting service they provide

Hi,Today we had an appointment with the person from Kitchen Magic's guy named PETER EXARHOULEAS
for the free consultation. We were thinking to refaing the kitchen cabinets.First, he asked our priorities and choices and according to that he calculate and give us the estimate. He spend enough time to showed and explain the details of the project to make sure that we are on the same page.I appreciated for all his efforts,time and advise. He showed us on the IPad that how it gonna looks my kitchen after refacing it. Thank you Peter!!
I am glad that I pick the right company.

The cupboards and worktops were of a very high value standard as were the sink and taps.The main installer Ali was always cheerful and arrived early and left late each day despite having to and fro to Birmingham on a daily basis. My wife and I think that he's one of the hardest workers we have met.Everything was completed to a very high standard. Highly recommended.

Lukasz has just finished installing our new kitchen and its looks lovely. I must say from the first contact of booking in a visit to the end every member of staff have been thoroughly proffessional and properly listened.

This started with Peter the designer, I explained our end goal asked him to stick within budget and he suggested designs and bits and pieces that utilised all goals.

Then the fitter/measure turned up, he ticket everything off that Peter had done, made a couple of changes for no extra cost to streamline even further.

It was then Lukasz's turn, he was polite, friendly professional and VERY clean and tidy. He even did some extra bits and bobs to make it look even better.

Really apart from being cheaper (ha ha), and the cost was actually about as I expected there was nothing that could have been better.

Would definately recommend.

Not a company I would recommend. Sales and kitchen fitters at odds. Felt lied to and put in unbearable position. Doesn’t come across as a professional company when fitters urinating down the side of my property.

Very efficient workers, completed the work very quickly. Very clean and tidy workers.

Fantastic kitchen. Everyone so helpful and the overall experience was great. Everything cleared up each day. I would recommend kitchen magic to anyone.

We recently had our kitchen transformed by Kitchen Magic.
From the first visit by Gary, through to the survey by Tony and finally the installation by Adrian, everything was perfect. They were efficient and professional.
Adrian was an excellent worker . Kitchen Magic is a great idea as it is less intrusive than having a complete new kitchen but the result is the same.
We are absolutely thrilled with our ‘new’ kitchen and would definitely recommend Kitchen Magic.
