I am so impressed with Kitchen Door Outlet, everything from the quality of the doors to the customer service and customer care has been spot on. The doors are fabulous, as is the cupboard carcass and drawer inserts. Great quality, great service.

Ordered some kitchen doors
Ordered some kitchen doors from here to replace two that were damaged in my sons flat. I spoke to Amelia on the phone, as I’m old school. We matched the doors nearly identically with the colour and shape to the original kitchen doors. Amelia was extremely helpful and made sure I had the right sizes. From ordering, delivery, and after delivery care, this company have been very attentive and their follow up response is excellent. The only issue is that I felt that the price was higher than i anticipated, £189 for two. (Inc. delivery) However, they were made to measure, and it’s a lot cheaper than replacing all the kitchen doors. So overall we’ve saved money. Thank you Amelia.

fantastic company to deal with.....
fantastic company to deal, great prices, and fantasic time frame, from ordering to delivery.....had a small problem...outside of the compamy, however spoke to ameila, answered my questions within an hour....really happy, 11/10 for emeila, would highly recomend this company...........

Let down by warehouse/delivery.
The website is easy to use with good guides/steps on how to order/ measure etc… communication was good throughout. They failed at the delivery stage though - their warehouse labelled goods up for wrong address so I wasted a day waiting for a no show. Re arranged for next day where all the skirting/rails were missing so again had to waste another day waiting for 3rd delivery. No real apology and although I was never looking for compensation I would have at least expected the delivery charge refunded after taking wasted time of work.

Excellent company, helpful staff!
We have just replaced all our kitchen cupboard doors. Wren told us we wouldn’t be able to do for less than £9k how wrong were they! We had 24 doors (lots were bespoke) including kick boards and hinge holes drilled all for £1386 which I think is a great price. The doors are high quality. Hannah was excellent at helping us triple check all measurements, adjusting the order for us and also delaying shipment as we placed the order whilst we was on holiday. Nothing felt like too much of an ask. I highly recommend the company to friends and family.
