Miss match of items delivered refusing to refund our order saying we have to pay for half the order even when doors can't be used without the cabinets. Then to top it all he posts my private number on Facebook and before he starts on here too I have all the messages emails and pictures. If I don't get a full refund I will take it to court. He has also been reported to the data protection commissioner

kitchen counter and sink I ordered are lovely, and look really well fitted. delivery was super quick , literally next day too which was great. however Ben sent me out different stuff to what I ordered and then tried to tell me that he discussed it with my partner which wasn't true. he explained it was more cost effective but never mentioned any of this while I was ordering and it was not what I ordered or expected to arrive.
i had explained what I wanted in email and explained it was a u-shaped kitchen meaning we needed 2 jointing bars and only one was sent. Ben blamed this on my partner however they never discussed the details of the kitchen.
I never received any invoice until after I complained and was only told at this stage that there is a 10 percent increase in price from prices on the website. was basically then told I should be grateful that I was charged old prices and that he gave me the jointing bar and end cap for free which I don't feel was accurate. I had been told I wasn't being charged for delivery and that was included in the invoice afterwards.
I had thought the sink was going to be too big for the area and asked could I return for smaller, stating this was my fault, and was told that I'd have to pay 20% of sink price to exchange it. I wouldn't have minded but I felt like he was doing that to punish me because I had complained that he sent me different to what I ordered. because he felt that as I wasn't completely happy that I was just difficult.
Ben was very passive aggressive on the phone and took no responsibility for not communicating what he was sending me opposed to what I ordered. i was polite and thankful throughout our interactions and he was not very nice back.
I think it would be great if you had no issues but I certainly wouldn't like to be dealing with Ben if there was a big issue as he will blame you somehow.

I have used Kitchens4u a few times now and have found them to be very professional and true to their word, delivery and installation and if there is anything I’m not happy with they will rectify if necessary. Martin the owner is very easy going and will help in anyway he can. I will keep using them because they understand business and customer satisfaction. Great job guys keep it up.
