Excellent service, great design, very good fitters, kept in touch all through delivery and installation. overall a well run company.

There is a design fault with the buttons that press the overhead and the hand held shower. The overhead shower is used the most and after 13 months it was beginning to stick. Kitchens plus Bathrooms did, after initially saying that it past the 12 month guarantee, agree to replace the part( £11.43). Their plumber took 40 minutes to replace. It is difficult to get at. That was 3 years ago. Now it has started to go faulty again but there is now a worse problem. Not only is the button for the overhead shower sticking but it can switch itself back on. Yesterday, the bathroom was full of steam : both showers were on. It had switched itself on between 11am and 4pm ( possibly for most of that time). Just as well I only went to the supermarket and not on holiday. Nevertheless, it will send my gas and water bill up. I rang customer services this morning ( Saturday) only to find it closed, despite a 10am - 4 pm Saturday advert.

My bathroom has been completed today and I am thrilled with the work. Every workman that had an input was polite, trustworthy and approachable. I must give Morteza and his team a special mention. The guys worked non-stop and were so helpful and courteous. Thank-you for everything I’m so pleased with your work.

Delays, poor workmanship punctuality, it took 2 months to finish the job, left dirty carpets. Not great communication & poor quality. I will not use them again.

I had mark at my home today measuring up and quoting me for a new kitchen , the design I chose was really nice, he gave me advice on what worktops would go with a darker cupboard , he made me feel at ease, never felt pressured while trying to make his sale, I did not buy the kitchen today for financial reasons but I have 1 year to ring back with original quote, in all it was a good experience mark being the main reason for that , really nice genuine guy and you can’t say that a out many sales reps

Just had Dean out what a great guy he talked us through everything then designed us a fantastic bathroom he was very informative and answered all our questions would highly recommend him

Our Barhroom which was done by this company is less than 2 years old and it’s fair to say we have had nothing but problems and even had problems caused sense the bathroom was installed that we have never had prior. We have contacted this company in the past and they have been out to try and fix the many issues we have had however on doing so when they last came they made out it was out of their goodness and well wishes as the company had been taken over and the warranty was now not valid. They still came out but we found it so rude of them to try and turn on us as if they were doing us a favour, they also ask each time we have written a review for it to be removed if they try and come out and try and fix the on going issues we have had. We handed them £8000 do we feel it was worth it two years on not a chance, honestly do your research and go else where we have many emails that show the communication we have had with Bathrooms plus Kitchens going back and fourth as the last time we wrote a review they tried to make out they had never even been here, we had to show trust pilot the signed documents as proof so don’t trust this company by whatever name they now wish to go by, you will be ripped out and left with an end product that’s not what is described that your getting and they will continue to fob you off with excuses as why they are not responsible or will hold any warranty valid. We do expect a response and no this review will not be removed we feel it’s important people know the truth and facts and we feel by sharing our experience they can draw their own conclusion. What information do you require the fact you have had to come out multiple times to continue to fix the same issues, for ripping us off, for trying to prevent us from sharing our experience, the issues were highlighted not long as the the instalment when you caused damp and water to leak to our kitchen from the installation, we’re currently seeking legal advice and will go from their thank you

the first the plumbers they new there trade
But it took 4 men to install 3 pipes and they should have been at my property fire 12-00
but arrived at 3-20 and went away at 3-45 and they did not complete the job and that cost me £230 then l completed to kitchen plus’s but since l complained first class

It’s know 19-6-2024 , l promised to give them 5 stars because thy phoned me up and asked why. But now the quality of kitchen is10 out of 10 . Thy couldn’t do more for me . I would give them very good , the work force is very good but why l give them 4 stars in the first statement and as 4 plumbers, but you will always get some bad apples in a basket but now the kitchen is up to Quality

Adrian was fantastic. He walked me through everything step by step, from how the company worked, and how the order and installation would work, to every single detail of what my dream bathroom could be.

He was patient while I looked through the brochures and photos. He answered all of my questions. He guided me through making decisions on layout and style and made a fabulous design on the laptop to show me so much so my 7 year old thought it was amazing!

As I have only just started looking into getting the bathroom done, Ive decided not to go ahead with the quote tonight, I really appreciate the time thst went into the quote and will most certainly keep the company in mind.

We purchased a kitchen with kitchenplus batherooms 2 years ago had nothing but problems with it the worst kitchen I have ever had rang up 2 weeks ago because my kitchen is falling apart and to check on my 25 year warranty they said I had to be told kitchen plus batherooms has been took over by a new company and my warranty is void so we are paying for a kitchen that is not worth paying for

When we saw the property on 21st July last year we had the vision of turning 2 small walk-in cupboards into a toliet, sink, and a floor to ceiling cupboard. We knew this would not be easy as water and sewerage was at the back of the house. The New JacknJill was going to be accessed at front of the house. We researched saniflo systems and decided to contact Kitchens plus Bathrooms. A Designer came then the Surveyor to check. We accepted the design. Work starts end February approx 2 weeks later. They sorted out all the Trades and ordering and delivery. The Electrians and Fitters were amazing. There was some problems with the layout of our joists. Steve and Graham sorted this out promptly. We think doing this project on our own and not being from round here would have been a logistical nightmare! Trying to get trades in at the different stages. We did have a few problems but Sarah at the office sorted these out. Thank you so much. We have what was in our heads and happy with the finish. You took all the stress out of a project which was no easy task. Amazing job.

Andy has just finished his design and quotation for en suite. He was very professional with his attitude and knowledge. Everything was clearly explained and he showed patience. Consequently we have gone ahead with the order.

During my meeting's with Mark, i found him to be polite, honest and knowledgeable he was focused on what I said and wanted, giving me advice through out my consultation.
He was very clear from the start of the pricing and though it was priced more than I had expected, I do know it will be worth it and the quality of the goods are of a high standard and with the lifetime guarantee on my bathroom definitely sold me.
With this extra reassurance if anything should go wrong knowing they will be there .. Can't wait to get this started ..

We used Kitchens Plus Bathrooms to do both our bathrooms 5 or 6 years ago, so they were the first choice to go to, and getting a couple of other designs and quotes elsewhere that's who we went with. Fitting happened a lot sooner than expected, the guys were great, mainly Neil the joiner and Lee the electrician. Project management was great, I was kept informed of what was happening when, with checks that I was happy. The end result is fantastic and looks great. A couple of minor snags were dealt with promptly and professionally.

We have had problems since we bought a new bathroom and en-suite costing nearly £18,000.
We are now on to pump 4 with a debate on who is at fault. I am disabled and rely on my shower.
I would give a -5 if I could.

I chose this firm based on previous reviews - so thanks to all who submitted them. I have recently had both a bathroom and kitchen fitted - the whole process has been exceptional. Designer Mark took time making sure I got the design I wanted, not at all hassled when I changed my initial ideas completely - his only concern was I got what was right for me. The two fitters Mori and Joe made sure everything was perfect and to my satisfaction, excellent workmanship. In fact the whole team from office support who rang regularly to everyone else involved were great. The quality of the materials is exceptional, I am so pleased with the result. I would highly recommend this firm.
