Took numerous attempts via chat and email to return my son’s order. Eventually got a shipping label. Now no response to emails or chat regarding the update of the refund.
Returned package was received by this company on 21.03.24
My son has sent chat messages, emails and contacted via the online form everyday since 25.03.24 with no response whatsoever.
28.03.24 .. they have sent another return label … they received the return on 21.03.24 …. Obviously don’t read emails

At last received a response … just awaiting refund now

I would like to thank the kitplug for a great service I ordered a top Tuesday night and was here by Friday morning really happy with the quality of it and would highly recommend to anyone who wants retro football tops

Absolutely horrendous. Bought a top which was in a terrible state and I cannot get hold of anyone to try and return it. I have sent messages over every media platform and waited on their live chat but I cannot get hold of anyone. Do not buy anything from them.

Got exactly what I was looking for. Communication was good as I was informed every step of the way. The quality was great and the team has kept contact with me due to me reaching out of socials to thank them. They are well managed and just great all around. Will be ordering again soon.

I can’t speak for other peoples experience, but I was quite hesitant to buy a shirt from Kitplug because I’d read some bad reviews and it’s quite an unknown brand in the world of vintage football shirts, but after doing some research I was convinced enough to give them a go.
Really glad I did! My order arrived within 2 working days, exactly as described and in great condition. I managed to get a shirt I had been looking for for ages and for a lot cheaper than anywhere else was offering. One very happy customer!

I bought a T-shirt from Kitplug in July 2023. When I received it, I noticed it had some marks on it, so I took their pictures and emailed them to Kitplug. They agreed to replace it, so I returned the T-shirt in August. Since then, I’ve been waiting for them to send me a replacement shirt or refund me. I have been emailing them but have not received any response. Very disappointing.

Been using these guys for a couple months now and every shirt has been unreal! I would recommend their retro mystery shirt boxes.

I ordered a kit from this website a few weeks ago. I received it in good time but the quality didn’t match the description at all. They didn’t include the fact that the sponsor was in bad shape, the white on the shirt was discoloured, the badge was falling off and it smelt bad. I asked for a return of the shirt, got a response asking for the reason but I haven’t received any return label or guarantee of my refund yet. I’ve sent 4 emails over the past 2 weeks but no response. I’ve got one week left to return before the 30 days so hopefully a response soon. Definitely would never buy a shirt from here again. 0/10

Ordered a vintage Monaco kit fit perfectly and was great quality. Shipping was quick and I was kept updated. Overall a smooth transaction can’t speak highly enough of these guys. Very fair prices aswell compared to other sites and I’ll be ordering again very soon.

Had an issue with kit not arriving and then the one that turned up came up too small (our fault for wrongly ordering Small). Returned the shirt and promptly received a new shirt which was great. No complaints at all and great customer service from Joe.
