No delivery, no refund
I am a German coin collector and I noticed a sovereign offered by KJC. The basis for my purchase decision was the worldwide insured shipping of the coin advertised by KJC. After the purchase, the coin was shipped by KJC without sufficient shipping insurance and with an open value indication on the top of the package and was stolen during transport. KJC refuses to accept any liability and does not respond to legal letters.
In my opinion, such behavior by KJC is highly inappropriate, and therefore I cannot recommend buying from KJC.

With this specific instance you refused our typical couriers and wished to avoid paying applicable taxes of which we would not oblige being a reputable company. Upon suggesting a different courier which might be able to ship to your address you agreed and in doing so forfeited our insurance obligations - as present in our terms and conditions, we are not liable for replacing this item as you did not wish to receive the coin through our standard courier options.
The products arrived safe and sound
The products arrived safe and sound. Not lost. Not stolen. Not damaged. The transport is safe and reliable.
Even to remote places where I live without a road address people deliver to. I Collect the products at the depot of the courier. Thanks for a great service.

This company was so easy to deal with I couldn’t believe the bad reviews it was my first time buying and reading the reviews I got worried they didn’t have the coins from the Perth mint they were waiting on stock but I asked them when it would be restocked they gave me an answer and the delivery was so quick I am in a regional town as soon as they got it they shipped it to me and was to me within 1 buisness day and it couldn’t have gone any smoother I am so glad it was so smooth I suggest any first time buyers that are worried use this company you won’t regret it

Such a smooth ordering process
