Faulty zip
The zip in the coat that my husband had purchased for me at Christmas was constantly getting stuck with the consequence the lining had got ripped. I rang and explained sent photos and sent the coat back. Within 2 working days I received a replacement coat. No hassle, the customer services lady was polite and empathic. The company is in a 'Klass' of its own!
