Despite numerous whatap messages I have NOT received my deposit back. They changed surgeons last minute with no consult. No face to face with New surgeon. Apparently worked with them long time, 3 months which in my opinion is very short time. No group and hold requested before surgery. I changed surgery due to lack of confidence from face and neck to abdo lipo. Paperwork sent out related to previous surgery for face. I requested refund and cancellation paperwork was to be sent. Despite numerous requests it was never sent. After i refused to go with new surgeon due to poor reviews or reviews clearly posted by other agents I wanted to cancel. Agent got pushy saying I could have original surgeon Dr ....AFTER she Informed me he don't work for them anymore due to poor revision rates. Ok so either he does or does not work for them, what is the truth? I had communication from others who had surgeon changed due to Dr... having covid?? What is truth? I want deposit returned due to no faith in company and way they operate

Perfect experience from start. I cannot recommend the team highly enough: my host (Tuğba), nurse (Özgün), surgeon (Dr Ertuğrul Gönül) and all of the team at the hospital. I travelled to Antalya for Gastric Sleeve surgery. Beforehand I had excellent communication with the team via WhatsApp including video calls. They were happy to answer my never ending list of questions. Transfers between the airport, hotel and hospital were all included. My hospital stay should have been 3 nights but due to a slight complication in the surgery (one of those risks that will happen to some people), I ended up staying for 5 nights. If I was not fit to leave the hospital and travel, then there was no pressure on me to leave. I simply re-arranged my flight and the team took care of everything else and my recovery all went smoothly. Tuğba and Özgün were friendly supportive women who visited daily and were available to be contacted on WhatsApp at any time. Dr Ertuğrul Gönül also visited frequently and was always kept up to date and involved in decision making.
I will definitely be recommending Klinik Europe anyone and everyone. I plan to return next year for some cosmetic procedures after my anticipated weight loss and I will not even be looking anywhere else - it will be done with Klinik Europe!

I went in June and had a gastric bypass. The amount of tests I had to have to make sure I was well enough for the surgery really put my mind at rest, I couldn't have been looked after better while I was out there.

I got referred by my sister, Toke. So far, the experience has been great. From the airport pickup to transportation to the hotel and the hospital, the surgery and post op was seamless. I didn’t feel lonely or without help. My host, Tugba was super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. The package was well worth it

The whole team including the hotel staff were so friendly and accomadating.. its a big gamble going to Turkey for cosmetic surgery as you literally have to put your life in there hands.. Dr. Sultan has a private practice and her work is amazing. I had sagging jowls and eyelids. We had an online meeting where I, Dr.Sultan and Klinik Europe assistant Ece attended and discussed my case. I have a thin and sensitive skin and I wanted to make sure that scarring is minimum and well hidden. I talked a lot during the consultation because I had to make sure that I wasn't skipping anything. I appreciate their patience. Dr.Sultan has extended knowledge and experience on the issue and she made me feel very comfortable with my decision. I am 6 weeks post-op and I already look 15 years younger! Klinik Europe is very organized, structured and meticulous to provide the best care and service. Ece is still taking care of me very well and she is available almost anytime. I am over the moon with my results
