I ordered 2 bags, never received them. When I emailed them I received an error message. They take your money and you get nothing

This company is a scam company they sent me a different brand of lock to the one advertised, they then went on to tell me it was the same, this lock with all their hype and at £94.00 I can bend with my hands . After making various attempts to recover my money they are now ignoring me .
The brand of lock was TitanGuard PRO . BEWARE DO NOT BUY IT IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE IT IS UTTER GARBAGE. I have all the evidence of this on email if they wish to challenge me.

I paid for my tote and I have not received it. I have emailed and I keep getting an error message.

Then emailed 6 times and received no message and the site disappeared. Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY it’s DEFINITELY A SCAM!! Facebook and instagram need to vet these fraudulent companies better!

This Klyra company is a scam, unfortunately. I saw a bag I thought would be perfect to take to school each day (I'm a teacher). I ordered the bag I saw online and I received an email a couple of days later saying I would receive tracking for my order with an order number. After a week I checked to see if I had received the tracking, but I had not. I waited a few more days and then emailed them asking about my order. The email kicked back saying it was undeliverable. I guess now I am out the money and also have no teacher bag. Lesson learned, but I will be asking for my money back if I can ever get in touch with Klyra. Don't order from this company. Save yourself the time and wasted money!

I emplore anyone considering to buy from this place DO NOT. I ordered 2 bags and never received them. I emailed the company they kept saying sorry it was the delivery blah blah. I finally demanded a refund to which I also never received. Steer clear people. You have been warned.

I placed an order on 3/12/26 for 1 bag then on 3/20/26 they processed another payment of $39.99 thru my account. Have to dispute that with my bank. Got and order # , but the order was never process or shipped, Now I have to dispute both charges. When I went to send and email , got message the site is no longer active. SCAM..............

Absolute SCAM! Never got the product and then they charged me three times for three different costs. Absolutely no response via email. Absolute criminals!!!

Never received my items and after emailing customer support and being assured that my refund was on the way I never received it. Now customer service is ignoring all my emails.

I’m not even sure this is the right place for this review. The product is Klyra flora balance which is supposed to be a supplement for women. You cannot get in touch with this company. They ignore your emails and the product doesn’t do what it says on the container. I have tried to to cancel the product delivery, but it still keeps coming. It’s just leaving with me with no option but just to cancel my credit card. I wasn’t even aware I had set up a subscription for this product. Buyer beware !

I ordered 4 bags from this website. They received my payment and I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS> TOTAL SCAM!!

I ordered 2 bike locks a month ago and have not received them. The tracking is saying crickets since Feb 25th when it entered the USA. Thinking this is a total scam.

This is a SCAM and should not be allowed to advertise on facebook for any product what so ever. No tracking information provided and as for getting a refund - Its goodbye to your money. I would not recommend KLYRA to anyone.

Ordered Klyra Canvas Tote Bag Pink for $14.99, with a $5.01 shipping fee. Total purchase was $20; On 2/25/2026… on March 6, 2026 an additional $39.99 was charged to my card.. I called to request explanation, no one answered of course, stayed on the line waiting for over 50 minutes before I finally hung up. Sent an email to the email address provided, on 3/10/2026, I have yet to receive a response from this company. Nor have I received my order!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible service!!
