We do have a refund process we have to follow: your refund request form was submitted on Wednesday, Feb 18, 2026, and refunds typically take 7–10 business days to process from the date the form is received.

It’s been 5 days** since we received your form, and I can confirm your refund has now been successfully processed. The remaining time is simply your bank/payment provider’s posting time, which can vary before it appears on your statement.

Hi Jason — thank you for the feedback, and I’m glad the product works well for you.

Thanks for reaching out — happy to clarify. The bottle does come with a pump mechanism. In many cases, what happens is the entire pump mechanism gets unscrewed by accident when removing the cap, which can make it look like it’s a bristle/brush top instead of a pump.

Please try this quick fix:

* Screw the pump mechanism back on firmly (clockwise).
* After that, remove the top by popping/pulling the cap off — please don’t twist/screw the top off.

We’re already working on improving the packaging so this doesn’t happen for new customers.

If it still doesn’t work after trying this, please DM us your order number and we’ll help right away.

Thanks for your review, and sorry to hear our product is not what you hoped for! About the mismatch with your skin; have you tried mixing it with moisturizer/daycream? That often helps a lot with blending it with your skintone, and make it less visible on the skin.
