Saika Rayan at KMC Legal was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. As a first-time buyer, my purchase got off to quite a rocky start due to the vendor becoming unwell, followed by the unexpected need for probate. Despite the challenges, Saika went above and beyond to keep everything moving as quickly as possible.

Her communication was exceptional throughout. She always responded incredibly quickly, and I'm sure she was even replying to my emails on what should have been her days off. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and she was always proactive, professional and reassuring.

Kirsty, was extremely responsive to any questions / queries and proceed efficiently and effectively throughout the transaction.

It was a painful experience buying and selling. It took us a year all in, and the final 2 weeks were pure hell with the chain nearly collapsing. Kirsty Hudson was the 3rd conveyancer we had with KMC for various reasons, and she ended up being an absolute life saver. She was constantly chasing up and keeping us well informed and was a bit part in making sure the chain did not collapse in the end. 5 stars for Kirsty alone!
