return process is a nightmare
they are nice products and well made but ensure you order the correct one. i have been trying to complete a return for over a month and no one will get back to me with return instruction or give me a address where i can ship the unwanted product, in order to complete a exchange. i am even willing to pay for the shipping and the re-stocking fee, and only want to exchange a product for another lighter one.

Out of 3 purchases 2 were awful
3/24/2023 UPDATE: I have received everything i ordered finally. Shipping takes some time but it arrives. Communication is still a 2 out of 5. I would order from them again. Out of 3 purchases 2 were absolutely horrible. I ordered a 1.75 cap and was sent a 1.45. The other purchase was a 1.25 that was my fault. I asked for a refund/return and NEVER HEAERD BACK
