Everything was perfect as described. Super easy.

Fraud. KMWhisper claims the trap comes with 9 baffles but they only send 8 baffles. The “9th” is a useless adapter that is NOT a baffle. They also charge $100 more for the trap so you think it actually has that extra 9th baffle. You’ll only receive 8 just like their competition’s trap. But you’ll pay wayyyy more. Shipping was crazy slow too. Likely shipped from China. You’d be lucky to receive your order in under a month. FRAUD.

Very dissatisfied with the customer care. The owner of the company doesn’t even get back to you. Sent several emails with no response and even left my number and won’t get back to me.

Works great, machine work is done well, good finishes on all the parts. I felt the shipping process took a little too long but it could’ve just been me. Will purchase another soon but going for the machined stainless cups instead of the stamped this time. Good product.

The customer service for my purchase was phenomenal. The website would not take my order, so I placed it through messaging the owner, and through a payment platform. The traps also seem great. They are precise and I look forward to using them. The jigs seem fine for the innards; however, the caps do not seem to fit in them. That is my only complaint. Overall a good experience.

Had issue with my order and they act like I did something to it.

The solvent trap came within a few weeks, there was a hiccup with a size missing from the gauges to drill with but it was sent no questions asked very quickly. Have yet to drill and shoot with it, but seems extremely well built and like the easy design to build and clean. I’ll post a follow up review after it’s no longer a solvent trap.

This really fits and works I would recommend this item to anyone

Ordered product over a month ago now, was sent out but never made it past the USPS facility in Hebron, Ky. Contacted KM and they responded saying how it the status didn't change within 5 days that they would resend the product. Sounded all good and fine, I mean it wasn't in their possession when it disappeared. Until which is the 3rd time they have sent me the same email saying if status doesn't change they will resend in 5 days. Note: I never once have received any tracking numbers for any of these other packages they said they would be sending out. So did they really even send them? I don't know, but I do know that i still have yet to receive the product I ordered and paid for nor have I received any refund or discount or anything at all from them yet.

Part came fast but unfortunately it did not fit my DM tube 1.500 Titanium Tube x 1.375 ID Threads are 24 TPI. It appears each manufacturer has a different tube. This would definitely not hold solvent in the tube, and I lost the original endcap. It appears you have trouble mixing and trying to match different manufacturers threads. Current manufacturer no longer makes these parts. It never worked well for cleaning anyway.
