Didn't work for me
Sadly these knee support insoles didn't work well for me. I need them for long distance hill walking, in particular to absorb shock to my knees when walking down hills. Unfortunately due to the space the insoles took up inside my very comfortable walking boots and because the insoles are hard, my feet felt sore and I developed a large blister on my heel. I've since abandoned using them.

Not a lot of good.
My wife suffers from osteoporosis and we assumed this knee support would ease her pain somewhat but it does nothing for her either when she is walking or when she is sitting.

quality of the product was not as expected.
Although I placed order for L-size, I have noticed that one of the two knee-supports is lose and it seems to me that the pair of knee-supports were returned by a previous customer. Because, the knee-supports were not packed individually and came in an ordinary envelope.

The website was easy to use and very informative regarding what knee supports are suitable for various problems. The knee supports I used were very good for walking for longish periods. My knees still ached at the end of the day but were so much better for using the supports and the following day I was off again!
