I am very impressed with their customer service and high level of politeness and courtesy while interacting with the clients (in my case, via email). I used their online form to find me some books that are long out of print and literally impossible to find. They found 3 of them in the second-hand market and shipped them to me to London (all 3 books were in pristine condition, absolutely brand new, despite being second-hand, lovingly packed in few layers of bubble wrap to avoid any scratches or damages). The shipment took shorter time than expected and FedEx delivery person provided me with exact time slot on delivery date (by sms).

I would like to thank the entire team once again (and Julia in particular) and I highly recommend their website and will use them again! Reliable shipment to the UK.

Excellent Russian bookstore in Latvia. They have a huge collection and deliver the books perfectly wrapped on your doorstep. I ordered over 50 euro of books, so delivery was free. I am very pleased with this store and I will certainly revisit it again!

I ordered a shipment of some books from them. It never arrived and I contacted them several times. After they realized that FedEx probably wouldn't deliver the shipment to me, they decided to pass the problem on to me to deal with FedEx alone. I still haven't received my books and my communication with them has been terminated. I will never order from them again. Have no idea who wrote all this super positive reviews. I would like to add that this business blocks people on their social networks if he tries to contact them there.
