After looking into this further, I can see you have had a new case delivered and a full refund of the broken pc case with a refund of the delivery charge.

Bought a motherboard for collection.

KNM Computers had a motherboard that I was looking for that wasn't in stock elsewhere, and they were local. Ordered for collection and picked it up a couple days later. The motherboard works great. Fast transaction, good communications. Would be happy to use again. A+

A great purchase experience

Never heard of the company before, so being suspicious I looked for reviews and typed scam after the company name.
All came back good.
So I bought an SFX PC power supply, it was slightly cheaper than anywhere else, arrived next day, fully tracked via DPD, at no extra cost.
Payed via Paypal for security, and what more can I say.
A perfect transaction, psu fitted and all great.
Will recommend and use again.

More convenient than Amazon

The parts I bought only cost a little bit more than Amazon, but the difference was I could speak to someone at KNM Computers and I could pick up my order rather than waiting for Amazon to deliver them when the wife was at home.... ;) Would definitely use again.

Purchased an ASRock N100DC-ITX…

Purchased an ASRock N100DC-ITX Motherboard from KNM Computers. Pretty much the only guys to have this in stock in UK. Great service - same day despatch, next day delivery even though I ordered just after the deadline.
