I have never been treated with more kindness and honesty. I highly recommend Knog. Love all the headlamps we have. I use for many things so have one in all rigs, next to bed and in emergency supply kit.

Their Lights are the best in the industry - highly recommend the Knog Big Cobber (front & back), with side on visability & high luminance.

I want to say a huge thank you to KNOG, especially James Applegate, your after sales service was amazing. They had empathy to understand my case and were always ready to help me. Companies like you nowadays make the difference, here in Brazil we lack this support. Here we are often dependent on those "China" sites that don't care about us.

Had a problem with Blinder Road 600. Knog support (special thanks to Bridg) without any hesitance proposed the new one. Very satisfied!

I had a problem with damaged mounting hole in PWR Rider lamp. It was still guarantee period so Knog had no doubts and proposed to replace it with new one. Although sales point was not supportive as they do not sell Knog's products any more and they don't care about their clients, Immediately Knog's support solved my problem sending the replacement to my address directly.

Experienced a problem with scout alarm losing Bluetooth connection following change of phone. Emailed knog who responded quickly with a detailed message giving me the solution. Very good service.

not a bike rider/hiker myself but these are great for using in cramped places like under cars or under houses where my usual style head torch would keep getting caught on things etc. comfy, effective and super handy. cheers

Good product and good service. I’ve had a 450 Commuter for road riding for a couple years and wanted same for my partner. It has a sleek profile, long battery life and is very simple to use and charge, also has a four dot indicator light for charge level.

I ordered the PWR 450 not realizing it was a larger longer version that just wasn’t suitable for my needs. Knog customer support quickly responded with a return shipping label and guidance on finding the commuter version through online vendors.

Very supportive and open to listening on the issues with my front light.

After working together on potential solutions, we came to a fair resolution. They never ever questioned the claim and felt like they were on my side in helping get the most out of the product.

I've relied on a Knog Cobbler rear light for the last three years and it has been superb - bright with great visibility from back and sides.

When the light stopped charging recently, I reached out to Knog even though it was out of warranty (>2 years). James from Knog was absolutely brilliant and asked me to send in the light for repair. Two weeks later, I receive a new light in the mail!

Really great LED rear bike light. Actually, the only issue I experienced with the product is that the front-facing logo is upside-down compared to the other logos on the product and compared to what it should look like in the product animations / videos.

Bridg Jessop was so totally helpful when I needed replacement clips for my grandson's Knog lights.

Bridg popped a couple of replacement clips in the post and I was very happy, particularly as the guarantee had expired just a few days before I put in my request for a replacement clip.

Weeks went by and no clips arrived. I was disappointed but not surprised, it's a long way from Oz to the UK after all.

I emailed Bridg again to say that the clips had not arrived and immediately two more were dispatched by registered post which allowed me to track their progress.

Eventually, joy of joys, the clips arrived. It really had worked. Customer service is alive, well and living in Australia it would seem.

Thank you so much, Bridg. My grandson is safely illuminated once again, as am I, with my own set of Knogs. My granddaughter also has them. We are Knog's biggest fans, and I dare anyone to say otherwise.

The Warranty and support service are amazing, My PWR Commuter dropped in a ride, I bought this one 2 years ago, warranty of 2 years finished a month ago, but they sent to me a new one with an upgrade to the PWR Rider for free!
