I ordered a T shirt I had seen on holiday . Not available in my size in the shop. Sent a completely different item which was too small for me. Tried to return it which would have cost me £17 ! I will not be buying from them again

Bought a woman's shirt in Lanzarote store. looked good & quality seemed fine. Cost 46 euro. Washed it after a couple of wears according to label - 30 degrees. Shrank & now unwearable.
Wish I had read reviews of store before buying.
Avoid at all costs. Just not good enough for the price

Whatever you do. Don't try on clothes on the shop floor, in FUERTEVENTURA.
I tried on a Cambe jacket and was ordered to the changing room. My wife was wanting to buy a white Melbina jacket.
My wife and I left in disgust. We were the only two customers in the shop.
Shouting across the shop, at customers, is more of a don't do, than trying on a jacket.

Ich habe eine Weste und Schuhe bestellt. Beide Sachen sind zu groß und die Farben entsprechen nicht meinem Geschmack. Beide Artikel kann ich nicht zurücksenden. Somit möchte ich alle vor einer Bestellung warnen.

Purchased a pair of shorts from the Koala Bay branch at the Atlántico Centre Commercial in Caleta, Fuerteventura. When I went to wear them on my last day I found that the security tag had not been removed! I went back to the shop and to put it politely the staff were rude and obnoxious! They demanded my receipt in a manner that accused me of stealing the item, unfortunately for the. I had the receipt to hand and presented them with it.
They removed the security tag and said sorry but not in an acceptable manner more rude than anything.
I will never shop in another branch of Koala Bay again and have already warned people about their attitude and lack of care when selling items or having to return the due to their errors!

This review is for the shop in Cala Milior. A pair of trousers I bought there ripped after one day of wear and they refused to exchange them. They said they had probably been bought too small, even though that was far from the case. Poor service and quality for the price. Reading the reviews here, this is not an isolated case. In any case, we won't be buying anything from this brand again.

I purchased a pair of Koala Bay Light Khaki Bermuda - Steven shorts in June from their shop in Mallorca and have worn them half a dozen times and the zip broke, which I have to say was a poor quality zip anyway. I have messaged Koala Bay now twice through the contact facility on their website and never received a response. I suppose you've had my money and you can run away. Next time I am in the shop in Mallorca, I will be walking out with a new pair of the shorts and not paying, not that I trust the poor quality zip anyway.

The staff in Mogan Mall Peurto Rico Gran Canaria went over and above to help me with my purchase which was a gift for my daughter. They were kind, friendly and helpful and made me feel like a valued customer.

Great service, everyone was very nice. But the products are not as great. I bought a pair of flip flops and wore them for one hour maximum and they broke at the side. I tried to refund them but they wouldn’t except. Apparently they don’t do refunds so I got an other pair free that will probably break next time I were them. Do not recommend.

I have bought quite a few items from my local store in Moraira and been happy with them saw an item I liked on line paid 3.95 for delivery it was not suitable so started refund policy another €5 to get item picked up had been to store and they said they could not take it back there! Why can’t a big company have the service to pick up and return to the store ! We have 2 shops in Moraira 1 in Javea and 1 in Calpe all around this area so I have paid €9 to try item which didn’t fit and wasn’t available in the stores
I won’t be shopping there again

Tengo muchas prendas de esta marca desde el año pasado que la descubrí y solo puedo recomendarla por muchos motivos: entrega muy rápida, embalaje detallista, muy buena calidad de los tejidos y costura, bonita, relación calidad precio, tanto en calzado como en prendas de vestir. Por si esto fuera poco he tenido un problema con un pedido por un error mío y han sido muy rápidos en ayudarme a solucionarlo y muy generosos. Profesionalidad y humanidad, dos valores que demuestran.

This company use tipsa to deliver, I received an email saying that delivery would take place on New year's Eve spent all day waiting and nothing. The order was eventually delivered late on the 2nd January after I complained. I was not offered anything for my waste of time and I will not be buying from them again.

Con merchants. After seeing a shirt In Tenerife store but not in my size so I ordered online had to spend over a certain limit to even qualify for delivery and made up order with another shirt and 2 tee shirts. Paid £178 sterling. Order never received. Was give a Parcel Force tracking number, contacted parcel force, the number meant nothing to them. Koala Bay won’t return emails. Looks like they took my money and that’s about it. Thieves, con merchants, call them what you like but I won’t use them again.

He comprado un pantalón largo con cintura elástica ajustable con una cuerda adornada con 4 bolitas de madera. Al lavarlo, las bolitas han desteñido sobre el pantalón dejándolo inservible. Casi 50€ de pantalón para poder usarlo una vez, me parece una desfachatez. Si cobráis precios tan elevados, desde luego vuestra ropa no va acorde a ellos.

I purchased a dress whilst visiting Javea for the day whilst on holiday in Gandia. I went to wear the dress the next day which was my last night in Spain before I returned to the UK. When I put my dress on there was a big tear in the fabric where it has come away from the seam. The dress was 50 Euros so not cheap. I have contacted customer services 3 times for them to help me resolve this and they have not even bothered to reply. Unless I receive a reply in the next few days, I shall be contacting trading standards to see if they can assist. Very poor service and I shall not be purchasing from them again.

Absolutely love Koala Bay! The quality and style of their products are so amazing that during my last holiday in Tenerife, I had to check in an extra bag just to bring everything home. I'm so impressed that I've already ordered several items (and times) to be delivered to Germany. It would be fantastic if they opened stores here in Germany too. Highly recommend! Thumbs up :)

Bought a dress whilst on holiday. Taken it home and it has a hole in it so must of been damaged when I bought it. Contacted customer service and they point blank refused to help. Will not purchase from them again.

hize una compra de un nijky en Malaga calle Larios,y cual ha sido mi sorpresa que al lavarlo a mano se le ha ido el color en este caso verde fosforito por que se ve que los colores no estan bien fijados,NO SE PUDEN VENDER ESTOS PRODUCTOS
