Koala klubs Multi Activity Camps Opiniões 

For the last three consecutive years, our family has entrusted this club with our children’s holiday enjoyment. Both of my kids eagerly anticipate each visit at Crook Log Koala 🐨 Club.

There are lots of activities from arts and crafts 🎨🧶to sports 🏀 🏏 ⚽️ and games 🎯🎲. The highlight for most kids is undoubtedly the two-hour swimming 🏊‍♂️ at Crook log leisure centre.

Neil’s prompt responsiveness to any inquiries or concerns further underscores the dedication of the team, providing parents like myself with peace of mind. All in all, this club is a haven for holiday fun, where children’s excitement knows no bounds. The combination of diverse activities, attentive staff, and Neil’s outstanding support make it an unparalleled destination for family enjoyment. Thank You Koala 🐨 Club 🙌 !

Our two boys attended a HAF holiday club in December at Rufford and absolutely loved it. The staff were excellent and extremely accommodating and the boys had a great experience and enjoyed all the activities, made friends and said they would like to go again if there are any more in the future. They enjoyed the food choice too. A very worthy project and hopefully there will be more opportunities for our boys to attend.

My daughter loves Koala club! They provide so many activities that she enjoys, this time the leader brought in water colour paints as Betsy's a budding little artist, she gets so much out of it she comes away buzzing every time! Thank you!

The staff are always super friendly and compassionate
In December 2023 there was so many different activities for them to do my Daughter made something different everyday she went and also was encouraged to take part in games with other children which she finds uncomfortable
I know I can speak on her behalf by saying she can't wait to go back next holiday ☺️

Plenty of activities on the day. Our first time using the Daventry facility, will be using again! My two children had an amazing day!

First time using Koala Klubs at South Moorlands Leisure Centre Cheadle as part of the HAF Program. All I can say is absolutely outstanding. Fantastic, approachable staff who go above and beyond to make the day full and fun for the children. My little boy could not wait to back the next day. He enjoyed the crafts, football, swimming and making new friends. He is already asking when the next Koala Klubs will be and if he can go. Thank-you

My son really enjoys coming to koala klub, he has so much fun with lots of different activities jam packed into the day, he comes home worn out which is also a good sign. The staff are lovely and I trust my son is safe and happy with them, I would definitely recommend to anyone

Our children were previously attending the Premier education clubs in the school holidays, they gradually got bored with not enough activities to do and teachers not letting them having a choice.
Koala club made our children want to attend and return. Our 6year old said to me she loved it because there was so much more to do, the teachers were kinder, they could chose whether to join in and not forced.

We always have such a great experience with koala club, our children look forward to going, lovely staff who are very attentive especially to my son who can be challenging at times , the staff go above and beyond to make the day full and fun for the children so would like to say thankyou. For reference we have been using koalas for about a year in the school holidays , located at biddulph valley leisure centre, all staff are great, thanks 😊

Koala kids at tamworth rugby club has been brilliant, great friendly staff, variety of activities and easy to get too.

My Daughter has attended several times through the HAF program and has loved it every time! She always asks when the next Koala klubs will be! She enjoys the crafts, swimming and making new friends there! She doesn't like when it is time to leave! She rates it 10001/10!

Shocking, Most definitely won't be sending my child again
One member of staff was chasing a child across the car park after it had gotten out of a fire excit which then left the other children vulnerable and excit unmanned
My son told me that one of the team was swearing (F off and Sh*) at the children
Was under staffed which there was 30 + children to 4 staff, which within a childcare/holiday camp it's meant to be 6 children to 1 adult
1 adult taking 1 child to the toilet again not within guidelines
The second day that I went and picked my child up the main play leader was shouting at a child in a way he shouldn't of been shouting at the child, the child wasn't doing anything wrong no safety concerns either

My son attended koala clubs over the Christmas holidays, he had an absolutely amazing time, no complaints from him at all, my only struggle was a couple of the staff members were really hard to get a word out of, I tried to discuss things about my son and I felt they weren’t interested, he attended in Easter last year and the staff were amazing then so I’m a little disappointed this time!
