Customised dress arrived with 3 seams not matching so looked terrible and unwearable. They kept telling me to iron it or resell it. They said I could order another dress as long as I paid $60 postage. I refused to order another dress from them and to pay another penny to them. We argued the point for 6 weeks, but just kept writing the same generic email answers back. I have now given up and thrown the dress in the bin and I am $135 out of pocket. Please don't make the same mistake as I did as it is impossible to get a refund or even a credit note from this company even though I sent them 6 pictures of the uneven puckered seams of this dress.

Very poor quality clothes. The express delivery was 4 days late and the company refused to give me a full refund.

I ordered a Prom dress for my daughter and I have to say Kocku delivered! The dress was amazing. Beautiful fabric and design. Exactly as it was in the picture on the website. The customer service was excellent especially as they emailed to check all the details I had provided, which lucky for us made us realise we had picked the wrong size. They amended the order and sent out a perfect dress!

Terrible ecomm shop, poor quality and absolute lowest level of customer support. I wanted to order 3 dresses initially, the shop told me I can only order 2, which was very odd. After I purchased 2 dresses I was shocked to see the poor quality that arrived. The dresses looked like nothing on their website, poor fabric and thread that came out of everywhere. I contacted the customer support and asked for a return, they offered me a 20% discount to keep the dresses, which I declined. I sent the dresses back and now they are stuck at the Chinese customs, the customer support is ignoring my emails, my money is not refunded. Stay away from this shop, they are absolutely scammers.
