If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order as a gift for a birthday and was told that they couldn’t ship to my address and that my order would be canceled. Now that I have asked for my refund, they are telling me they are still going to ship me the item and if I don’t receive it, then I will be refunded. 🙄 They are the ones who said they were going to cancel it in the first place and now they won’t even give a refund and areforcing me to wait to receive the item that I no longer want because I bought something else as a gift once they said it was canceled. Do not trust this company. They are not US based like they pretend to be so the item is not even authentic as shown on their website. 😔 I’m just hopeful I can get my money back. My advice - spend your money somewhere else. This company is a complete scam.

I have tried to contact them regarding an exchange/return de to the wrong size being shipped. They do not respond at all. They do not have a phone in the USA.

I placed my order for a jersey for a Christmas present on December 14. On December 15 I got a confirmation email that made it sound like the order would need to be custom manufactured, a process that made me fear it would not arrive in time for Christmas. I reached out to customer service, who responded that they would prioritize my order in the fastship line so that I would receive it as soon as possible. It arrived on December 24, in time for Christmas. I appreciated the fast and responsive customer service!

On day 18 without my order..

Ordered a basketball jersey from Kobysports and I ordered the wrong size. (My fault) I sent them a request to return the one I recieved and exchange it for the correct size. They not only sent me the one with the correct size but they told me to keep the one that i ordered that was the wrong size. There are still good people in this world.

For my daughter's 8yrs birthday gift I purchased a Kaitlyn clark jersey on November 19th it's December 18th never received it contacted customer service no updated . SAVE YOUR MONEY . IM LETIING MY FAMILY FRIEND KNOW .

I purchased three Caitlyn Clark jerseys from KodySports. We truly love the product we received. My granddaughter (age 12) has worn hers to school on Jersey day to show her fan support of her favorite WNBM SuperStar.
The service from KodySports was exceptional and I will be happy to do more business with them in the future.

The product was a good value. The customer service people respond quickly and delivery was one-time. The product arrived with no damage as well.

Thieves!! Do Not Order from kodysports. I spent 80 Bucks on a football Jersey 11/23 and never received it. Nor have I received my money back. It's now 1/24
