Incredible value and always very helpful when you contact them via the chat. I've just started my second 365 day plan with them. The signal seems to be great throughout the country too. Highly recommend them.

Kogan, website absolutely rubbish, can't contact them, even after creating a account. Sending mails to customer support no joy. Bought a fridge after 3 days no confirmation from Kogan. I regret spending over a $1300.

I experienced a network issue and contacted Kogan via online chat. They responded immediately and provided clear, step-by-step instructions that were easy to follow. The problem was resolved within five minutes—excellent service.

The customer service was easy and seamless. My questions were answered. Overall I am happy with the customer service. I only wish the Kogam Mobile App would show the next data roll over date.

Fow a low-cost provider it's very good, customer service was responsive, phone number was moved across with no issues, app is basic but it works. I feel satisfied.

Such great value for money! The network has been great the past 12 months. No issues. Have just renewed for another year.

I contacted Kogan after an issue with accidentally being charged additional mobile plans for my 2x sons, who missed the renewal reminders. We had already purchased a different plan from Kogan so didn't need the auto-renewed one. Suvarna understood the issue and within 1 day, Kogan came to the party offering a refund. Once the refund is processed, they've gained a customer for life here.
