I placed an order.
No confirmation. No statue.
No refund. No possibility to contact because mail does not work!

So this is my honest review about this company. I bought a 'Venus with Attitude' statue in a drunken, Facebook advert, heat of the moment mood. I've been scammed by an unsolicited Facebook advert before, and when I woke the next day, I panicked a bit. So, I looked for reviews, and panicked some more. I felt I'd definitley got scammed. People saying that they'd not got their item, others saying what they DID get was poor quality and smaller than they expected, etc etc etc.
I tried to cancel the order, but there was no way of contacting them, other than them asking you to click links and enter personal details, which I wasn't happy to do.
I contacted PayPal, and their link to the seller - for disputes, etc - also didn't work.
They temporarily paid me my money back while they were investigated.
However, then I got a tracking number from Kolaich, and emails asking me to close the dispute as the item was en route. I told them I wouldn't do this until I got the package and was happy.
So, in all, from ordering the item late on 14th July, to receiving it on 22nd, it just took 8 days to get to me, from China. Think it was flown over!!! I have NEVER had such quick delivery from China. Ever.
When I opened the parcel, wondering what to expect, I was so pleasantly surprised! It's not big, but I'm not sure how big people were expecting? It's just... ornament size! I'd post a photo to show scale, but don't think Trust Pilot let you. 😔 It's made of resin and is really, really nice quality. I love it. Genuinely. So.... In summary, I am REALLY impressed with the item size & quality, the speed of delivery, and the contact I've had from the company. I can only review as I find. Now... How much of this good service comes from having a PayPal dispute in place (meaning the seller won't get paid until it's resolved), I don't know, but I really hope that the bad reviews were mistakes made by the company and that they continue to fulfil their orders in the way they did mine.

Placed order a month ago for a bday gift. Never arrived. Emailed them...no response. Clearly a scam, going to contact card provider and push for a refund.
What pisses me off most is that Facebook allows these bullshit scam sites to advertise.

Ordered a bust from this website, thinking it was the size of a normal bust. It arrived and was 2 inches tall.

I also ordered another item and they didn't have that in stock, they said they would issue a refund but it's been a month and no refund had been issued. Avoid.
