They are doing great works! I got my cosplan being real 😍

I placed a custom order with them via Instagram using their office account, and that was a huge mistake. I placed the order on June 9th, 2025, discussed everything with them, and waited. On November 8th, 2025, I wanted to know the status of the cosplay. I was ignored for five days until they finally replied, saying they knew nothing about the order because someone had scammed them internally. They assured me they would still process my order and include a wig as an apology. That was on November 17th. Since then, there's been radio silence. They're ignoring me, and my money is gone.

Absolutely not recommended. This is a complete scam.

Ich habe über Instagram mit dem office acc eine Custom Auftrag bei den bestellt und das war ein Goßer Fehler ich hab am 9. Juni 2025 den Auftrag gegeben hab mit denn alles abgesprochen und gewartet am 8.November 2025 wollte ich denn stand wissen wie weit das Cospaly ist ich wurde 5 tage ignoriert bis mir geantwortet wurde das sie von keiner Bestellung was wussten angeblich weil intern sie jemand betrogen hat sie hab mir aber versichert das sie meine Bestellung trotzdem machen und mir als Entschuldigung noch eine Wig dazu packen das war jetzt am 17.Noveber seit dem dem herrscht funk stille ich werde von den ignoriert und mein Geld ist weg

Absolutely awful. Avoid these scammers. They have many social media followers, making them appear legit, but all their posts advertising their shop are stolen from other creators. They never credit where they stole the posts from so people follow them thinking the products they post belong to them.
I was unfortunately also fooled into thinking they were a legit business and bought something from them. It’s really just some guy trying to make cheap copies of the products they’re stealing promotional videos from in his house.

They firstly sent me a tracking number for a random parcel in Indonesia (where they are based) that was not mine.
When I finally recieved the item which was low quality and nothing like the promotional photo, I did some research and that’s how I found the original seller that they stole the photos and videos from. I filed a dispute with Paypal and they requested I return the item, but gave me an incorrect address so the parcel was declared “lost due to incorrect address” and I never got my money back. The address they gave me was some random apartment in Indonesia.

They continued to message me on Instagram afterwards despite me wanting nothing more to do with them nor any intention to buy another item.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! – Komori Took My Money and Delivered NOTHING

I paid Komori for a custom order, trusting their promises of quality and reliability. BIG MISTAKE. Not only did they miss every single deadline, but after months of excuses and empty assurances, I never received my order at all.

Every time I reached out they gave me false hope. When I finally demanded a refund, they refused outright, effectively stealing my money and leaving me with nothing. No product, no refund, no accountability... just blatant fraud.

This is not a company that values its customers. They take your money, string you along, and then disappear when you ask for what’s rightfully yours. Avoid Komori at all costs, they DO NOT deserve your trust.
