I bought 4 different pieces on the website and none off the jewelry is made of gold or whatsoever, it’s a cheap piece you can find in Ali express by 10€
Super disappointed with this… I spend more than 130€ and the golden color it’s not even the same in each ring ….

Buyer beware - items are hit and miss and their sales pitch of return guarantee is false. They will not respond to you once you ask to return an item.

Never received order, however while tracking i was delivered weeks ago.

I have a terrible shopping experience on this website and no customer service at all!

I purchased a watch in December 2025. The description and product image was unmatched, so confused!!

Been contacted with customer service many times for exchange, they only respond that I ordered the wrong item!!!! ( Because their website description is unmatched and so confusing , a Gold watch image with wording with Gold 18K / white Gold) It's Gold or silver??

After many emails follow with them, they don't respond, nothing progress further. The return and exchange policy is fake.
According to CCC they're doing the wrong thing.
Don't waste money with them!!

Sadly I was scammed by this company. I purchased in good faith two pairs of earrings and a necklace. Total cost was $108 according to the website. They were dramatically reduced as it was a closing down sale. The products arrived and they were just absolute rubbish. Nothing like the photos they had on their website. I think I could’ve done better purchasing some earrings from Temu for probably two dollars a pair. I have emailed them numerous times and they have not come back to me. Their policy is if you’re not happy you can return the products for a refund. No questions asked obviously this is not true true. I just want people to be careful and not get caught same as I have.

I would give a zero too. Never received my order after multiple follow ups. I will be reversing the charge on my credit card.

Cheap nasty rings from China, took forever to arrive in a plastic baggy and not even what I ordered. Don't waste your money they're scammers.
Nothing genuine or honest about any of their advertising.
Closing down physical stores my eye, you're just an online crook who gets cheap rubbish from China.
Got sent the wrong ring it's not even the same as the photo advertised and they just didn't send me the other ring I paid for.
I got totally scammed.

Refuses to give me a refund even though what they sent me is nothing like what I ordered and one ring they didn't send at all.
She offered me a store credit and I didn't have to return the rings she already sent me that right there tells you the rings are worthless. I rejected the store credit because I don't want any more junk jewellery.
I've found several businesses that she actually stole her advertising photos from and I've reported the store to everywhere I could think of.
She doesn't care at all, she just ignores my emails now, seriously wish the powers that be would shut her down and fine her..
She is filth..

If I could give '0' I would, multiple email, texts, phone call with no response. Sent me the wrong ring and now won't give me any answers. Happily take your money but don't expect any professional follow up. Still advertising for black friday sales but I can't get anyone to contact me.
