What we offer: Through licensed providers affiliated with our partner medical practice, members can be evaluated for and (if clinically appropriate) prescribed: GLP-1 therapies, including compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide (injectable and oral formats), as well as microdosing protocols for members seeking a lower-dose strategy. Brand-name GLP-1 medications, where appropriate and available. Peptide and hormone support, including sermorelin and other clinician-selected protocols. Cellular health and recovery therapies, including NAD+ and glutathione. Every plan includes a clinical evaluation, a personalized treatment plan if medication is prescribed, ongoing provider access, shipping from a licensed pharmacy, and continuous support from our care team. We do not bill insurance; pricing is transparent, membership-based, and fully disclosed before checkout. Who provides your care: This is the most important thing to understand about how Kora MD works: Kora MD® is the technology platform and administrative services provider. We build the website, the member experience, the support systems, and the digital tools that make modern telehealth feel simple. We do not practice medicine, employ physicians for clinical care, prescribe medications, or compound or dispense pharmaceuticals. All medical services, clinical evaluations, treatment planning, and prescribing decisions are provided exclusively by independently licensed healthcare providers affiliated with OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC, and its affiliated professional entities. Every clinical decision is made by your treating provider in the exercise of independent medical judgment. Prescription medications, when prescribed, are dispensed by independently licensed pharmacy partners, including RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Compounding Pharmacy, and Triad Rx. A medical consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Your treating provider will independently evaluate your health information and determine whether medication is clinically appropriate. Some patients may not qualify.
