If they weren't so expensive, I'd be a repeat customer. Quality is pretty good but it doesn't do enough for me to be spending that much.

Unethical company with bad products
I used their makeup remover Active Algae Calming Cleansing Balm and it gave me really bad whiteheads that I’ve never had before. The worst part is I submitted a review on their website and of course it never showed up. They pick and choose the reviews that make it. Completely unethical behavior. Will not purchase from them again because they scam people and their products aren’t great,

Terrible terrible customer service.
Terrible terrible customer service.. a lot of lip service regarding order. First time ordering from this company and it has been over eight days and I have received false tracking through their FedEx while a customer service person told me they are sending through DHL and there is no way to track it with the number they have sent to me. It tells me they are not Legitimate and I will not be ordering from this company ever again!

Ordered from the tv show The View-Be Wary-Scam
Ordered from the tv show The View. Looked online and they have no way to contact them unless you send them an e mail if you do not live in Australia. Sent e mail cancelling order (2-5-2025). Received order still on 2-19-2025 and they have no way to contact them. They do not answer e mails. I interacted with a bot on their website but the bot was unable to help me. Order was not opened and I am disputing with my credit card company. Also received order (box) in poor shape. Do not order from this company.

Sehr hochwertige und geniale Produkte! Verwende Kora seit mehr als 5 Jahren! Die Auswahl auf Kora direkt ist natürlich viel größer als bei Douglas daher bestelle ich hin und wieder direkt. Leider sind die Preise plus Zoll nach DE viel höher als wenn man diese direkt in Deutschland kauft.

Sells expired Product- refused refund
Stay Far away from this company. They sold me an expired product and refused to accept a return. They just respond our policy is no refunds, but rest assured it's good for 6 months after it expires. Total Fraudsters!

I have been using kora organics for 2…
I have been using kora organics for 2 years now.Products are amazing from cream cleanser to vitamin C.My skin is just getting better. The packaging is luxurious.I highly recommend kora organics.I hope they will have a branch in UK.Delivery is fast as well.
