Hello Heike,
We are sorry to hear that your package arrived in this condition. This is definitely not the experience we want our customers to have.
All products we sell are authentic and sourced directly from official suppliers and brands. Unfortunately, packaging can sometimes become damaged during shipping, even though we pack all orders carefully.
Please feel free to contact our customer service with photos of the packaging and the product so we can take a closer look at the issue and help find a suitable solution for you.
Best regards, Emil
