We completely understand the wish for better discounts, especially for regular customers. The reason our prices may sometimes be higher is that we source our products directly from official brand channels in Korea, rather than purchasing discounted clearance or near expiry stock through the grey market. This allows us to offer genuine products with fresh batches and maximum remaining shelf life from the manufacturing date. as you are aware in K-beauty authenticity is not only important , product freshness also equally important each K-Beauty product has 3 years expiry date , active ingredients Vitamin C , Niacinamide etc. their effectiveness reduce as long as it reaches near expiry date.
We’d Focus sourcing direct from official brand to maintain **authenticity, Product freshness ** so your product gives you maximum effectiveness, not like in market you will find stock near expiry stock which is sourced from clearance lots that can be sold at very low prices but their effectiveness of active ingredients is reduced almost 50% which is waste of your money despite those products even you got 100% orginal .

My overall experience is good
My overall experience is good. But there are very limited products available at your end due to which customers are bound to purchase from other online options. I would suggest to expand product range. Additionally i gave placed pre order for seven products almost a month ago i would like to check the status of those products and when can i purchase them from you? Those products were not present in your product range. I have plan to preorder even more products after receipt of my first pre order.

Finaly found genuine k beauty website in Pakistan, I used to place order from yesstyle but after they gone found this website they also ship directly from Korea and recently ordered skin1004 brands products package arrived in beautiful lavender packaging I love it😊 ,and all products were original I verified by following batch verification guide on there website. Happy with my purchase from now on Korean skincare Pakistan is my first choice for k beauty purchase🥰

I recently ordered Anua Niacinamide serum and received my parcel today, I got delivery on time, their customer support service is impressive they answered all of my questions and most important thing is my product was orignal . now for my all future k-beauty orders this website will be my first choice.
