Some items I ordered were not in stock…
Some items I ordered were not in stock and after ringing the company, they couldn’t tell me when they would expect a new stock.
As my order was a present it was disappointing not to have a complete set.

Good afternoon, we're very sorry to read your review. Having rechecked your order, we can see that everything you ordered on the website was despatched the next working day.
Our website is constantly updated and should not allow anyone to order anything that is not in stock. In this way we aim not to disappoint our customers.
We can see that you did leave a note on your order to ask to advise you when the Carving Knife from the range was back in stock. It would be very helpful if you could re-contact us at your convenience and we can talk further about the item you are interested in and also availability. You can do this via phone (029 2167 1423) or e-mail (support@kotura.uk). Please ask for Marie. We are here between 08:30 and 17:30 Monday to Friday. Alternatively we can e-mail you to help resolve things?
We appreciate your custom and hopefully we can help resolve your frustration.
Thanks, Kotura
