Worst company ever corrupted company we have been no power the last 7 Days they don't care anything nobody receives their phone I donno what are the workers of this company are doing and how they are earning their I could say it it's just free what is the benefit if you don't assist your customers just make them server with their own money we the once paying our token and yet you fallen to do your work shame on your Kenya power I donno why their is no any other power lighting that could compete these company so they should face their bad behaviour 👿👿👿👿😡😡😡😡

The last three weeks power went off and on the whole day. Nearly every afternoon around 4pm the power went off and came back, if at all, in the night.
Power available in 24h was roughly 50per cent.
Customer service tells, "...we will send a team 'early in the morning'"
They came at 2pm repaired (!!!) and left. 40minutes later it was off again.
This is ongoing for the last 42 hours.
If kenya power had to face competition they'd last weeks.
This terrible Buisiness has to be sold on the market, the management fired and competent people employed without connections to politicians.

So many errors on my bill that they needed two days to figure out why they discontinued my power.

My neighborhood has been having no lights for 3 days straight…i mean???!!!!! Do your work !!!

This company enjoys monopoly inawapea Kiburi,no problem of power outage can be fixed without a bribe. You call about a complain then they will reply it has been resolved without them even handling the problem. KPLC is the worst and needs total changes there in

Nowadays Kenya power company has tried to manage the problem of power shortages and blackouts. Most amazingly they are reaching out to the rural areas to ensure an even distribution of electricity, this is a great development.

Very bad, annoying, poor customer service.There's power power outage in our area since morning, we've made several contacts to the customer support but no response till now.

I was really disappointed especially when I had really good hopes of assistance. I went in explaining my issue and they told me they are busy and looked super disinterested in my issue. Furthermore, called customer care to complain and they told me there is nothing they can do about it and yet it's my money on the line. I'll just let that money go like that but this is the Worst and most despicable company I've ever seen.

I recently had to contact KPLC for assistance with a billing issue, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service that I received.

Firstly, it was incredibly difficult to reach a live representative. When I finally managed to speak to a representative, the person on the other end of the line was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in my problem.

Even worse, the representative seemed to be more interested in getting me off the phone quickly than actually resolving my issue.

Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service that I received from KPLC. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and care for customers.

My CIU stopped working three weeks ago and I have called and reported at least twice a week since then and have not found anyone to help me. What do I need to do to get assistance? My work is really suffering.

I only gave it one star cause zero isn't an option. Very incompetent and as corrupt as every government service in Kenya

Worst power company ever - because no energy for days! Please support solar power instead of this company!

Undependable and very confused.Kenya has witnessed numerous multi-million dollar scandals unravel just this year alone and all within the Kenya Power Lighting Company.
